The propaganda of the Chicago School of Economics has been terrifically successful in convincing most Americans that large products can be produced for less money (and same quality) by allowing for a profit margin

Of course it stands in opposition to all of the work created by the WPA, that is still in use to this day, but as an Atreides might say, "The PROFITS Must Flow!"

It is also widely disproved by the need for the US Blood supply to be managed by non-profit entities so that profit-inclined cost cutting does not kill Americans

Submission + - Propellantless propulsion drive just produced enough thrust to counter gravity (thedebrief.org)

garyisabusyguy writes: Dr. Charles Buhler, a NASA engineer and the co-founder of Exodus Propulsion Technologies, has revealed that his company’s propellantless propulsion drive, which appears to defy the known laws of physics, has produced enough thrust to counteract Earth’s gravity.

“The most important message to convey to the public is that a major discovery occurred,” Buhler told The Debrief. “This discovery of a New Force is fundamental in that electric fields alone can generate a sustainable force onto an object and allow center-of-mass translation of said object without expelling mass.”

“There are rules that include conservation of energy, but if done correctly, one can generate forces unlike anything humankind has done before,” Buhler added. “It will be this force that we will use to propel objects for the next 1,000 years until the next thing comes.”

Oh for fucks sake, we have a home schooled idiot here

Libertarian (or re-branded neo liberal) economics are designed to create booms and busts, because the wealthy always have cash on hand to buy out any start-ups (threats to their wealth) during the bust cycles

The rest of humanity (greater than 98%) appreciate the stability, and value for their work, that results from a well regulated capitalism that stems from Keynesian economics

Yes, rich people get taxed at a higher rate, but they still profit. The problem is that they always want MOAAAR!
