It is a public highway, but should never be controlled.
Who would you trust to make the rules?
The right answer is NO ONE and therefor NO RULES!
We all know with out the rule 230 protection there would be no social media.
There is to much money involved, it will never happened.
My dad drove a cad for years and some had meters some dod not. Most of the cab companies used zones for charges.
They are always "hailable" too. I am not seeing the difference. Uber is a hack....
No pun intended.
If you take money to take some one in a vehicle from point a to point b you are a cab driver. It's really simple. Why do people think it should be any different if you use an app?
Then you share a cab with the company too. The point is you are just putting person A out of business to employ person B.
So if I take gas money from a friend on a trip am I a chauffeur? Do I need insurance? I bet that there have been instances of people being sued for the if your in an accident.
From what I recall in my RC Club days, that if you follow those guidelines you are not going to get prosecuted.
I would have to look it up later, but I am pretty sure you can get prosecuted by the FAA
The FAAs own rules also prohibit flying RC Aircraft in close proximity to buildings.
Prosecute BOTH parties and its a just situation.
So below are all the rules for flying an RC plane. Why don't we simply apply the rules to drones? As a matter of fact, you have to explain to me why the don't automatically apply anyway?
Fly below 400 feet and remain clear of surrounding obstacles
Keep the aircraft within visual line of sight at all times
Remain well clear of and do not interfere with manned aircraft operations
Don't fly within 5 miles of an airport unless you contact the airport and control tower before flying
Don't fly near people or stadiums
Don't fly an aircraft that weighs more than 55 lbs
Don't be careless or reckless with your unmanned aircraft â" you could be fined for endangering people or other aircraft
The internet was not invented for mass media
What country?
Hmmmm.
well said... I wonder that too. Also how can the government do this?
This has always worked for me.
It's time to boot, do your boot ROMs know where your disk controllers are?
