I absolutely disagree with what this memo said (I've read it in it's entirety) but I think he has that right to say it. That said, he has there right to distribute it on his own time, with his own resources; not internally. Google has every right, and the moral high ground, to get rid of him for it. It's not applicable to his job and really has no place in the workplace.
Just another snowflake that can't take the heat.
Never buy a phone a Carriers name printed on it, or has an OS customized with their bloatware and branding.
My parents built their house and moved in over five years ago. Streetview shows a backhoe in the front yard getting ready to dig the foundation.
I'll be happy to listen to what you have to say
No you won't. There is ample amount of evidence and has been for years and what could get posted here makes no difference. You choose to ignore it then start arguments that will go nowhere.

Safari in the next version of macOS will block all autoplay videos unless you whitelist the site. I tested the beta and it seems to work well; CNN being the biggest offender.
I don't work in tech (I'm in healthcare) but I have WhatsApp on my iPhone. Every single Indian coworker I have a contact for pops up.

I have an older version of the Roomba. It doesn't, and has no way to, connect to the internet.
Sports (including stadium-style) have been around, more or less, since the dawn of civilization. They are going nowhere.
I'm neutral on requiring a fee for filing, but not even requiring a notary on such an important document is asinine.
I've worked in four states and have always had that option when asking for a background check. I work in high-security areas, so all my jobs have done a check (all states I've lived in and federal). I've always received a copy.
SJWs are the new boogeyman.
I agree with the above. I don't like coffee either.
I'm an early-bird and don't need, or consume, caffeine. Never needed it, nor liked how it makes me feel.
My, fairly large, family has about a 50/50 mix of men or women higher earners and it doesn't seem to matter. My grandmother always made significantly more than my grandfather and they did fine. At present, my SO makes more than me and neither of us care.
If you have a legitimate need to spoof a number (multiple business lines, etc.), you can get a waiver with a documented reason why. All others, nope.
