How is this 'good for workers' when this rule will ultimately end up with layoffs of said workers. Government regulations is the #1 reason why every gets more and more expensive for us. This rule will do nothing but cost jobs and make the use of customers for these services a lot more expensive.

You don't have a right to a particular job. These jobs are voluntary by the employees. Freedom and choice should always win...not government picking winers and losers. When government picks, we all lose.

Of course the universities are doing this!! The government is giving out cheap money to students and then one party is saying they will forgive the debt! Only a moron wouldn't spend like there is no tomorrow when money is easily available!!! DUH.

Government is the problem.....always has been.

For people wishing to become teachers, you need a 4 year degree, which now costs about $100,000+ for a job that pays $40k/year.

This makes zero sense to do anymore. Government caused this problem by giving out cheap student loans, which enabled the universities to quickly raise costs, because they knew students would just get more student loans to cover it. Now we have people who can't even payback those loans.

End government student loans entirely and watch universities scramble to lower costs.
