So much flak for an open source product that is able to run nearly everything i throw at it (after some tweaking)... Is this windows hate by proxy?

It is obvious to me that such a move (installing a piece of software without asking the user) is a breach of trust.
Why did they do it? Are they THAT stupid? Or was the sum payed to Firefox THAT big?
Chrome "APPS" are just that: Not real apps. More like normal Websites.
Chrome Apps: useless.
AMP: useless.
"progressive" apps: useless.
Googles own fault for coming up with such crap.
If Mozilla continues alienating their loyal user base by changing the gui every release without fixing the abysmal multicore performance i guarantee that the user base won't jump on the firefoxOS bandwagon.
