I'm sorry you had such problems.

D3 is a brilliant game, and Blizzard did a phenomenal job of a) releasing awesome new patches (especially 2.x) and b) getting my money. I bought it for PC when it first came out, then I bought the X360 version when that did, then RoS for PC, then UEE for X1 couple weeks ago... It's one franchise Blizzard has that will always get my money.

Rear view in your helmet visor would be awesome. Fucking radar off the back of the bike with software that could warn of a wobbly driver approaching from behind--priceless.

Acoustic distance sensors with an Arduino module connected to some sort of radial LED warning system is something I wish I had the hardware talent to create. As riders, we don't need to know what kind of objects are behind us or on blindspots, just that they're there. In most cases a couple degrees of rotation of my wrist and I'm a 1/4mi from the target, but the knowledge that something is there is incredibly useful at 25mph or 150mph.

I completely agree, as the only time my expensive lids come off the shelf is when I'm on track and they require >DOT standards. There's no way I would daily a $1,400 helmet...

Until some sort of display interface that connects via BT or even cable to a specialized shield, HUD systems for riders will never take off. Think transparent curved displays like the ones LG just showed off recently. It's the perfect compliment to a helmet, and if the big manufacturers get onboard with some sort of "e-shield" standard, then we may have something to consider.

Because I'm an enthusiast when it comes to motorcycles and cars, I tend to keep a lot of action cameras hooked up when out at meets or when going to the track. I've been pulled over before and the police officer took the camera from my helmet and started flipping through the log. Knowing he wouldn't find anything incriminating because I had not been recording, I consented to the search...

That took the cake for me... Someone needs to explain to that bitch what the fuck we spin around here in the Milky Way. To help them out, it sounds like "Supermassive asshole".

Thinking one group of people is subhuman, and not worthy of the same rights isn't "an opposing view", it's bigotry.

This isn't a quip at you, but I'm interested in your response; It's an honest question. Am I a bigot because I consider child molestors, rapists and nazis subhuman? These are groups of people. Some with mental health problems, others with aggressive theological views... All scourge of the earth in my eyes.
