Teambook provides an intuitive, visual, cloud-based solution for project team planning, medium-term capacity planning and real time (timesheet) monitoring. These three modules are based on two sets of master data, Projects and Users, whose management is facilitated by an adapted and intuitive ergonomics. Project resource planning : Teambook's Planning module gives you an instant, real-time overview of your teams' occupancy, showing you “who's doing what and when”, as well as “who's available or not”.
