    Vtiger increases our chances of web sales

    Summary: Despite its high costs and communication failures in their technical support assistants via telephone, this program is a good option to apply in our group a comprehensive marketing management and user control that will allow us to expand as an organization to increase our sales and quality of service.

    Positive: Vtiger provides with its CRM system a whole management of data collection to customers and prospects to automate contacts, and accounts to generate priority in each one and increase their experience as a sales tool. In addition, it has a sales module that provides market strategy tools and expansion opportunities.

    Negative: As main disadvantage we can mention its high costs in its paid version that range from 10 USD to 58 USD only per user, which if we make a comparison with other platforms these have a cheaper amount of 5 USD to 20 USD per user. In addition, the technical support they offer is in English and from people from India, which does not allow an effective and understandable communication.

    Summary: It is very practical in terms of managing communications with our customers as it provides feedback functions, accessing data, characteristics and objectives so that we can extend and improve their experience. We believe it provides a good ability to update active contacts in our databases.

    Positive: This application offers very useful tools for customer care and service to their different needs. Likewise they have a section of continuous integration of notifications through corporate email to maintain contact perennially with customers to save a database that we can use to meet all your needs. Very good option to keep a constant monitoring of our customers according to their needs with the company. In addition to remain always present to any requirement that we can cover. It is also an excellent tool to extend our reach as an organization.

    Negative: Vtiger does not have an option to update the contact list of customers who are no longer active in the media provided, due to changes of location or desertion of our services. This generates a considerable amount of phantom user information in our database.

    Even if Syndigo Onboarding is used, Vtiger will continue to be used in our company.

    Summary: VTiger is used as the CRM for our company. I use Vtiger to pull product data and compare product groups across the organization. I also entered keywords for other teams to use when configuring retail products. It's a collaborative software that contains all of our real product data sources. We are still using Syndigo as we use it. Well suited for item-by-item reporting and product data inspection. Not sure if this is how we set it up, but using the search function at the top after filling in the product details can be frustrating because you have to scroll up in the drop down menu to display it correctly.

    Positive: This will also help to communicate with our teams in other countries. We are a global organization. I like that this is the source of truth for the entire organization. We can all log in and see the same thing. I like the notifications. I can use all or any dimension of my choice to create a custom report. This is nice when other programs often restrict this feature.

    Negative: The search function could be improved. When scrolling down, the drop down menu is strange. Demanding but frustrating. It is still very simple. Can improve the configuration of the admin panel. While you can create reports as needed, they may need to appear in multiple files. Hope it can be added.

    Summary: long story short im a happy customer who is now more organized and will never miss a client follow up again

    Positive: This is my first CRM after finially deciding to stop using excel. After a decade of spreadsheets my company finally let me pick a CRM and I ended up with Vtiger and am very happy. Keeping up with all my clients and having visibility into what all my reps are doing has made managing our small sales team a lot more efficent. I also feel a lot safer having everything in one place with less risk of accidental deletions or hand slips.

    Negative: again, first time using a CRM so setting it up, transfering contacts and then learning how to use it was not easy but very worth it. I am not technical and neither is my team but we were all able to figure it out so I would say that’s still a plus for vtiger

    Summary: started with their open source option a long time ago, then the paid version at my last job. Switched companies and am now using Salesforce and I do not like it as much as i did Vtiger.

    Positive: Great CRM flow, also affordable. I would say it is much simpler than salesforce(in a good way) and cheaper. Easy to do what i needed it to do for keeping track of potential clients in sales.

    Negative: there can be a learning curve to some of the more complicated features but you get the hang of it pretty quickly

    Summary: This program is 100% recommended because with its customer management functions and its extensive marketing efforts have been a great option to grow as a company, increasing our sales numbers and generate a quality control service to our customers. Although they have a high cost compared to their competitors, it is a good tool.

    Positive: What has pleased us most about the tools and functions that Vtiger offers us is its section that generates an analysis and report where they clarify current and applicable market strategies to expand as a company. Similarly, it is quite useful as its customer contact automation program works, it allows us to maintain a permanent and customizable contact with them and generate closeness.

    Negative: The times that we have requested technical support from Vtiger have been quite complicated because the English of the support assistants is not very good since they come from India. Also, to have full customer contact functionalities you have to make a very high investment, prices start at 58 dollars per device.

    Vtiger is reliable, excellent and very fast

    Summary: It has allowed us to do extensive research through its CRM configuration. We have been able to manage all the internal processes and all the logistics of our company making it easier to manage it. We were also able to coordinate all the projects and do an extensive follow-up of all the tickets that our employees and clients leave us.

    Positive: It has a very easy to use and configure interface, being the use of the main dashboard the best feature that this software has. Its tracking system is the best, it allows us to keep the general control of all the processes we have in process at the moment. As a medium sized company we are totally satisfied using VTiger. Vtiger is very effective, the tracking option opens up endless possibilities to configure each email and everything is automated with the system. We have been able to configure graphs and statistics to run each project individually from a demo to a more in-depth implementation.

    Negative: We have noticed that its mobile application has many flaws and that it lacks many options to reach the level that the web option shows us. Sometimes it slows down the customization of each document and it becomes a bit difficult. Another point against to highlight is that we needed more simplicity when making changes between subgroups groups.
