Summary: Overall I consider VTENEXT an excellent software, powerful, easy to use and above all easy to customize.
Positive: VTENEXT is an indispensable CRM for those who want to keep all business processes under control. We mainly use it for managing support tickets for our customers and we can't do without it anymore.
Negative: The only thing that I find a bit cumbersome is the management of documents to be attached to a ticket. It could certainly be improved especially in the possibility of simultaneously binding multiple documents at the same time.

Summary: Overall, I find it extremely interesting, useful for speeding up business processes that are fundamental to increasing productivity.
Positive: Simple, intuitive and flexible.
Customization is its strong point.
I basically find the possibility of interaction between the various sections and contact management.Negative: Some steps are a bit cumbersome, such as the system for not showing the blocks in the layouts.

Summary: A complete, simple, well-maintained and constantly updated CRM, complete with a customer portal and an efficient app. Strongly recommended.
Positive: We were looking for a CRM and found software that also had a process manager and an AI manager. the pre and post sales assistance service is absolutely efficient. The software can be installed in the cloud or on premise. Contains a section for the effective customer portal and a great app.
Negative: Graphics could be a little improved, but it is a negligible detail given the complete and simple to use features.

Summary: Surely the best product for our company. We find this is a crucial part of our IT and business org.
Positive: INTUITIVE: virtually no training needed. very intuitive!
FLEXIBLE: can be fully customized by the administrator user accordingly to company needs in order to expand or reduce needed complexity.
POWERFUL: integrates Process Management solution (simply and fully controlled by the admin user) and AI integrations. Our installation get more and more complete as long as our company grows in its process automation needs.
COST: affordable software for professional useNegative: I can hardly find one.. whenever technical problems occur reply from support is fast and professional. I would probably suggest to have more training materials, demo or webinar to explore all possible opportunities arising from its use.

In addition, the technical support is very professional and competent.Positive: The possibility of being able to customize the various software modules according to one's own needs, without having to ask for external support.
The module for creating offers, orders, and order confirmations is very powerful and user-friendly.Negative: The marketing module is not user-friendly for inexperienced persons, and the interface needs to be made more up-to-date.

Summary: Compared of similar CRM VTENext is cheaper and with higher level of customization. Even if it's simple to load data into it for sure you need to buy a development service because it's not a low code software.
Positive: Data Import is quite easy but at the beginning someone has to guide you. The SDK give you a possibility to customize your CRM and you have no constraints from this point of view. Technical support is very fast and efficient.
Negative: Relationship are allowed only for standard modules neither for light modules nor for customer ones. So, in the majority of cases you need a developer unless you just use the built-in modules.
