Summary: Generally very good experience. Simple, intuitive, but powerful cloud computing service. Additionally they have prepaid payments!
Positive: This VM platform is very simple and intuitive, but I was really surprised by the number of server locations they have!
Negative: I liked everything, but I haven't had opportunity to try their support yet.
