    Summary: Apache CloudStack is a free to use open source software which can be used to host a network of virtual machines as a cloud. If you are looking to build a cloud computing platform at minimal cost it is highly recommended.

    High scalability & availability
    Powerful API to make full use of features

    Negative: Although it offers lots of customization, it is not as customizable as OpenStack when it comes to implementation.
