Confusing Product, Untrustworthy People Date: Feb 14 2024
Summary: Do not use vivenu unless you want to deal with untrustworthy people and a confusing, German-based product.
Positive: I liked how it was easy to build a seat map and to replicate it. Otherwise my experience was not great. See below.
Negative: They promised us a few features that we need for our events, but did not follow through on the timing promised. It's been months from the date expected and no one will answer us about it. We keep getting the run around. Unprofessional behavior.

The support team is the worst. They do not answer if you are lucky to have a phone number, emails take forever, and one guy named Peter is very unprofessional in how he speaks to us.
