vRisk Description

Start with your objectives. This context will help you identify risks. Prioritize and assess. Assess tolerance. Determine and implement risk mitigation strategies. Communicate and consult. Monitor and improve. It's easy to place risks within a heatmap once they have been listed in the risk register. Simply click on the risk code to drop it in the appropriate place on the heat map. The X- and Y-axis values are automatically recorded. You can also drag and drop risks from the risk heat map/risk matrix to a new location. The Risk Heat Map (aka Risk Matrix) has a clean layout that can be used in a board meeting or enterprise risk management committee meeting. The solution was designed to be flexible and offer many display options. Multiple heat maps can be customized with different filtering criteria and visual characteristics.
