    Easy to use and quick to impliment

    Summary: Great product. Some modules we wanted to use was very low use. Most of the products requires to pay for the modules, regardless of how much you use. We liked the Parapet model of pay as you go. There is no charge to use the modules.

    Positive: Easy to user by all the users; so we saved a lot on the training.

    It was implemented in 2 weeks.

    No barrier to functionality. You get all the modules and pay as you go.

    Negative: Once the system is implemented it took around one week to fine-tune the system.
