    Summary: ngDesk is super easy to use. It is highly customizable in terms of ticket categorization, automation, and routing. This saves a lot of time when it comes to assigning and categorising tickets. Overall it's a versatile support helpdesk.

    Positive: Easy to configure, Ready to go. All in one at one place. Significantly helps in reducing the support time for vetting connected and managing tickets.

    Positive: The finest aspect of utilising ngDesk is that it supports multiple channels. For a free version, we are able to customize most of the features to fit my business requirements.

    They are not able to provide a stable and robust product.

    Summary: Do not cheat users. They cannot offer a product that is not yet ready for use.

    It brought us more problems than solutions.

    Please don't use it. I don't know how can anyone have a good experience with ngDesk. Nothing works as it should. Every week or day we have a new problem. Also the support is very bad. Most of the problems are open for months. The system is down very often and the end customers are complaining all the time.

    Positive: It is an easy application to understand.
    good features for helpdesk and ticketing.
    It has great potential but many flaws.

    Negative: The app crashes too often leaving everyone without access.
    The support stops giving answers because they do not know how to solve the problems.
    Users are constantly broken and cannot login again.
    Lots of functionality issues.
