I love this platform very much, I am happy with the results obtained and with the experience gained, I fully trust that this platform will not continue to provide excellent results and will continue to help us manage all the tasks within our company. Positive: Task management is one of the things that most concerns us within our sector and within the other sectors of the company, therefore we have chosen to use this platform called nTask, due to its great effectiveness when it comes to administering tasks Simultaneously, we had previously been using another service to manage tasks, but we realized that every day it generated more activities and it was quite complicated to manage them all, so we chose to use this platform because it offers us a much more extensive panel. The things that I liked the most about this platform were:

1.- It offers me a system in which I can hold meetings, so not only can I share activities and manage them within this platform, but I can also fill meetings within it, adding various participants and adding the people who will attend In addition, when I schedule this meeting within this platform, I can send the corresponding invitations by email in just a few steps and by pressing a single button, it is quite easy to manage a meeting.

2.- The monitoring of all the activities that are being developed can be done in real time, so it is quite easy to know the progress status that the employees have been having within the activities that have been assigned during a specific time. When you assign an activity to your work team, you can check its status, you can know if it has already completed an activity, the progress they have or if they have not yet completed it.

3.- You can create monitoring lists within this platform, these lists will help you receive a corresponding notice when the activities of a listing have been successfully completed, you will also receive immediate alerts from your mobile device or email when you are ready to be completed and the time specified within the planning has elapsed, this list is undoubtedly one of the best things, since you can know if the planning of various activities has been completed in the stipulated time.

4.- The mobile phone application also works wonderfully, as a project manager, my main objective is that all employees can comply with the planned activities to complete the projects, so this platform has been key to being able to monitor all those employees from my mobile phone.

Negative: I have never presented any type of failure with this application, I have been using it in its web version, its version for computers and in the version for mobile phones, and at all times I have had a fairly complete experience which has helped me manage everything type of tasks, carry out a corresponding planning for specific dates and specific times, as well as it has helped me to have a correct administration of the activities with a much broader visualization, I can choose the mechanism of visualization of the activities, and know in a way much broader the number of activities scheduled for a specific period. I hope that this platform never gives me any kind of problems, we have currently been using it for a year and it has never given me any kind of failure.

- The free trial of this platform is quite accessible, any user who wishes to try it and wants to register can do so for free, without having to pay additional fees, and will be able to have access to each of the functionalities for a limited time, in addition, they must also mention that this platform has a fairly low payment rate, which helps us to have a large number of employees using it within our sector, to manage tasks and be able to have a correct monitoring of the activities carried out.

- Another thing that I like is that it has an excellent notification system, since this system helps me to be attentive and know exactly when a new activity is completed, I receive notifications within my mobile device and within my email, when a new task is completed within my industry, this helps me to properly understand if our employees are following the correct schedule.

- It has functionalities to manage and plan the budget for each project, very few project management platforms currently have that functionality, and it is quite important that the entire platform have it, because it helps us manage the budget for each project and know if we have the correct budget, as well as we can minimize the expenses within the project.

- The notification system also allows our employees to receive an immediate alert when a new activity schedule has been placed on them, every time you perform calendar management and add various activities, all our employees receive an immediate notification so that they can comply as soon as possible. as soon as possible, this functionality is important because it helps stimulate and optimize the completion of activities in a timely manner.

- The calendar view is quite important for me and one of the most beneficial functions for our sector, because we can have a wide view of which days our employees are not to carry out any activity. Negative: nTask is the perfect platform to have a correct administration of the activities that you are going to develop within your work sector, as well as it allows you to manage the number of projects that you are going to carry out generally in your company. Nevertheless; There are a couple of negative things that I noticed about this platform, such as:

- Although the free trial is fully accessible to all users, there are some functions that are paid for, and cannot be used by new users, only users who pay an additional fee on a monthly basis can use the platform . Currently the features that are not available within the free trial are: Gantt charts, Kanban board. These two functions are really important because this would help you to correctly understand the trend and optimization that employees are having in the fulfillment of their activities, the board is very important because it helps you manage the number of tasks to each sector of the company, it is very necessary that this function allows to be used within the free trial, so that new users would be more interested in the platform.

- This platform does not currently have the task repetition system, this means that when creating a duplicate task, the platform will not prevent that duplicate creation. On occasions, I have made the mistake of creating duplicate tasks, and this has caused different functions to be presented within our employees, I would love for this platform to have that function integrated, since that would help other employees not to be confused, and it would avoid that I made a mistake when adding tasks or activities. Repetitive or duplicate tasks are very common in all companies.

- Currently, it is not possible to copy and paste information within the description of each task, that means that if you need to schedule several activities, and you want to do it within a notepad and then transfer it to the platform, you cannot do it all notifications have to be done manually within the platform, you can copy and paste information from another source.

Summary: The main reason why I am happy with this platform is because within our company many tasks are carried out day after day, we are a real estate company and we have various tasks to develop business with our clients, so this platform has been quite beneficial for us and for all the work teams, we have been using it within our corporate sector with the main purpose of managing the tasks and schedules of all our employees, within our company there are around 500 to 700 employees, so this platform has been beneficial and very helpful in managing each employee's task individually, we are happy with its overall performance, we are also happy with the rate we have been paying for this platform. It is important to mention that when we started using this platform, the free trial period was quite complete, we were able to access a fairly complete panel which allowed us to add all the possible participants for each project, without any type of limit, and although the The free trial was short-lived, we immediately realized that this platform was essential for us and opted to purchase a paid plan. We do not regret buying that platform for our company, we are proud to have it today.

Positive: nTask is considered by us as one of the best platforms currently to carry out projects and have an administration of the tasks in progress, one of the main things that I love about this platform is that it has a version of mobile access, this application for phones mobile phones is quite beneficial because it helps to manage all kinds of tasks and manage short and long-term projects from the cell phone, this is an advance because it is not necessary to use the computer or a web version to access to your main panel of projects and pending tasks. Another positive thing is that this system has a collaboration function, in this way you can invite or add another participant to a project in which you are participating, in this way collaborative work is benefited on a large scale, they can culminate projects much faster thanks to the collaboration of the teams, it is only enough to add a new member to the specific project and in an automated way you will be able to manage and divide the tasks to complete said project. Another of the most important functions and that I loved about this platform is that it has a system of recurring tasks, which is capable of detecting tasks that are repetitive, to eliminate them and that duplicate tasks are not created, they usually get prey we create various tasks for specific sectors, and it is quite complicated not to make mistakes or duplicate any task, this system is quite advanced and allows task duplication to be a problem solved in a matter of minutes.

Negative: Since I started using this platform I have not had any problems, task management has been the main function that we have used within our company in general, in all the sectors that this platform has been used, we have used it with the goal of managing tasks in the short and long term. However, as a secondary operation we also use it to manage short and long-term projects, we are happy with the general operation of this platform, I will not have any problems, the sharing of Files and the communication of the work teams as well It has been positive at all times, without any interruption. The team collaboration system has also been positive, it has behaved perfectly and I have been able to add more participants to the projects so that collaborative work benefits. I hope that this platform continues to have this positive behavior without any problems for us.

Positive: Managing tasks on a daily basis has been a problem for us since our company was founded, as it is very complicated to manage so many tasks and activities that all the employees who are scattered in the various sectors of the company possess. Our company is divided into more than 10 work areas where we have fully active employees who are fulfilling their activities, and nTask has played a very important role in managing those activities. What I like the most about nTask is that it allows me to monitor in real time all the tasks that are being carried out at a specific time, for example, I can enter the platform at 5 in the afternoon and know exactly which employees are performing their work, which employees are inactive or which employees have not attended their work days, the software automatically detects the activity of each user and registers it within the platform to be able to monitor it more closely. Another thing that I like is that nTask has also worked as a platform for us to configure and manage work projects, it has a section where everyone can interact, share ideas and solutions regarding ongoing projects, in addition, it also provides a percentage monitoring of each project, you can know exactly what percentage of completion the employees have had in a project, and you can know which project is about to be completed. I love how this platform can monitor the working time of each day, it can know exactly how many hours each employee has worked and how much their corresponding payroll will be, it is impressive.

Negative: When we started using this platform, we accessed the free trial to be able to test the platform and adapt to the functionalities that it offered us, however, the free trial that this platform offered us was quite limited, it only allowed a storage of 100 MB , also only allowed to add five members for each work area, and only five tasks could be managed simultaneously. The free trial left a lot to be desired, during this period we were not able to make full use of the platform and we were unable to correctly switch to its functionalities, after seeing that the free trial was quite limited, we preferred to opt for one of the nTask paid plans. We really regret having opted for that payment plan, as this platform has had a resounding benefit within our company and has allowed projects and tasks to be more streamlined and processed much faster, however on the platform to improve this free trial, so that new users can adapt to it and understand how each of its sections works.

For us, it is important to manage the activities that we carry out in our company and nTask is helping us to be able to carry out that general control. The things that I like the most about nTask is that I can manage tasks in real time, I can know the current status of an assignment and know exactly if an employee is fulfilling that task, in addition, I can know how long they have been doing this task, Knowing this information is very important for real-time monitoring. Another thing that I like is that I can have total control of the budget for a project or a specific task, I can manage the exact capital for a task and for the resources that will be used in it, that is incredible, I cannot I had not been able to do that budget control in any other project software.

Negative: I really have no complaints about the service that nTask has provided me, I am very comfortable on this platform and I have had a fairly complete experience, which has allowed me to control tasks and assignments on a large scale, without any type of limitation, there have been no of errors during the inspection of tasks nor during the assignment of new tasks. All the functions that nTask has have worked great, without any errors and I am very grateful for that since I feel that the money we have paid for nTask has been very worth it, we do not regret it.

Summary: I think its a good site for small businesses and consumers as well. I like the thought of having a small website where you can easily move.

Positive: I like the fact that it can help and support small businesses to grow and build their names and gather markets.

Negative: I think the interface is not user friendly and i think they can improve it more.

Positive: A very helpful tool as I am able to organize and keep track of my tasks easily. It gets my work done efficiently as I collaborate, conduct virtual meetings, organize, meet deadlines and plan tasks and projects using this tool. Design is pleasing to the eye. This is a great option for multi-tasking especially for those working remotely. It's an all-in-one platform to enhance productivity daily.

Negative: It requires time for a person who's not familiar with these kind of platforms to explore and learn all the features. You cannot have all the features as it offers different plans/packages and storage you can purchase.

Summary: I like the app, but it's not enough for what I need. It does look promising though, and maybe with some bug fixing and more features added, I can come back to it again in the future. I'll be keeping my eye on it. I really like how it looks and how the dashboard is set up, which makes me really sad that it just doesn't cut it for what I need.

Positive: I like the mix of colors. So many developers these days seem to be afraid of using anything other than black and white. It's nice to see a bit of color and not being used as part of an extra theme. I like the set up for tasks being organized by progress level and due date on the dashboard. Two-factor authentication and Zoom integration are nice features. You can create a task or a meeting, ad a date, assign priority, and add team members. It's very similar to other team management apps in this regard.

Negative: For a team management app, it feels a little light on features compared to apps that are very feature rich like Microsoft Teams. There can be glitch issues between access among members of a team at times, which can be a big problem or a minor inconvenience depending on what your issue is.

Summary: I was told that if I read their FAQ, I would have known that they were going to automatically withdraw the funds without consent. They have refused to issue a refund on that basis. If they are willing to steal from a non-profit caring for our Veterans, I would think twice if I were you.

Positive: I have nothing nice to say about this company. This has been a terrible and costly experience for our organization.

Negative: I run a non-profit providing food and shelter to Veterans in need. We are a 100% volunteer run organization/business. We were looking for a program to make it easier for our volunteers to communicate with each other. After three months we finally stopped using NTask. It was not as customizable as it was sold to us. Whenever it glitched they said that they were still developing the platform. After a couple of very poor attempts from their "support team" to make this platform fit our needs nothing had changed, and our volunteers quit using it. To make things worse they automatically withdrew another seven hundred dollars (700.00) from our bank account to renew a subscription which we didn't ask for or want.

Summary: It is not an alternative to Smartsheet.
I requested a refund. Customer service told me they do not offer refunds. However they said they would look into it and never got back to me.

Positive: Sold under the auspice is that it was an alternative to Smartsheet. I tried the free version and thought the paid version would have more features that were similar to Smart sheet. This was not the case.
