    Summary: Very good. We have benefited from the ongoing software improvement programme, in particular, enhancements to offline renewal processing e.g. for Direct Debits, cash and cheques

    Positive: Easy to customise. Good communications package for Newsletters. Automated renewals and reminders. y. Very affordable. We use online credit card payments via PayPal. Although it isn't integrated with a Direct Debit solution, we have been able to configure it for use with Go Cardless via the Offline Payment facility. We used the system on a trilabasi while configuring and learning for free before going Live.

    Negative: Not much to mark it down for. Some additional customisablity of the automated emails would have helped us
