Summary: Training for backend execution was well explained, and once I got over the learning curve, everything fell into place as to what needed to be updated and where.
Positive: Ease of updating back-end information.

Summary: The training session was quite clear and informative. It enhanced my understanding of Kama AI and how chat bots work in general
Positive: Simplicity of the procedure for data entry. The UX design is user friendly and easy to understand. The trainer provided sufficient instructions to learn the functionality of Kama.
Negative: Nothing specific, however, it looks like Kama is based on databases provided by users. Integration to OpenAI in the future should be considered for data validation

Summary: The onboarding process with Kama has been terrific so far. The Kama AI team has been extremely helpful, and most importantly, very responsive compared to almost all customer support teams I've dealt with in the past.
Positive: Kama AI is able to, among other things, ease the onboarding process for new hires, which will increase productivity for all employees within my organization. Among its many uses, it has great potential to minimize or virtually erase bottlenecks within an organization in regards to knowledge of specific business processes, projects, etc. that is unique to our organization.
Negative: Any business that has a specific strategy on how to utilize Kama AI will encounter little to no drawbacks as it is tailored to your specific use case and trained specifically for your needs and objectives.

Summary: I think the system works well for companies who only need to provide limited data during customer-facing and internal facing interactions. Support has been great with KAMA, and questions are answered timely. I am excited for new features as the platform evolves.
Positive: The user interface is good. From an admin perspective, it is very easy to use. HTML code can be added directly in the dialogue boxes to have responses generated in the desired way. It can be set up for potential clients and internal users to get information easily. Over time, this can be a major source of knowledge for all users of the system.
Negative: The system requires a lot of training. Unlike the well known systems out there, the training data with KAMA DEI is limited, and many terms have to be added manually. This makes for a long set up time, and companies may need to dedicate multiple resources to this process.
