Positive: The software is easy to operate, and the support team is very helpful and efficient – whenever I have any questions, I receive quick and professional assistance. I’m glad to have the opportunity to use such a useful and modern tool, and I highly recommend the platform for supporting company growth.

Negative: So far, I haven’t found any disadvantages that would matter.

Summary: I am very happy with our choice to switch to the iSpring Learn LMS and iSpring Suite. The transition process from our old LMS was smooth, and the overall user experience for both admins and learners has been very positive. I especially appreciate their support team for quick and detailed responses!

Positive: Ease of setup, user management, ease of API integrations, and the support team has been excellent!

Negative: Some features missing, including some more detailed management of exams. It takes many clicks to get to certain information about users, so some reporting features could be improved.

Summary: iSpring Learn is great at what it does and is very easy to use. Yes, it can't do everything other Systems can do, but therefore it is very easy to use.

Positive: Very easy to use and learn. And the support is always there straight away via a live chat that is working just perfectly. I can't remember last time I had such a good support experience.

Negative: A few functions are missing. But for most the system will be quite fine.
