Summary: No candidate management system is perfect. When questions and issues arise, ismart is always easy to contact and quick to respond.

Positive: It is a great candidate management tool, many features available. I love the email integration. It is very valuable as a team tool as info can be shared within the team easily.

Negative: Job pages are hosted on an ismart URL, instead of staying within our domain.

Summary: I highly recommend the application. the learning curve was not too steep and it allowed me to become productive in a matter of days or less than a couple of weeks. I could start with the basic features and explore other features as I try to complement them with how my business works.

Positive: Easy to contact offline Support team on use of features and how to customize fields. Quick and prompt email response to query.

Relatively affordable compared to other similar apps.

Ideal for small and medium size. Does not feel bloated and unnecessarily complex.

Negative: Trial period could be longer than 1 week to help user decide if this is the right platform for them. Easy import features to allow user to test the app with their own data.

Summary: Overall, we are happy with the solution iSmartRecruit provided. The software transformed the way we conduct our hiring process.

Positive: We truly love their prompt customer support service and ability to customize the software as per the requirement. also, it speedup our hiring process by automating manual task like reviewing resumes, and save our time.

Negative: The system has many features and is easy to use, but it still requires some form of training to use it to the fullest and get maximum advantages.

Summary: Very good. Variety of features, and unique matching candidates feature that helps review suitable candidates.

Positive: Value for money, easy to navigate, customizable as per own workflow, simple system with variety of features.

Negative: No feasibility to create own reports, basic CRM function.

Summary: Very good. Excellent system. Team can easily adapt to it and it simplifies all processes. Automations help a lot in sending out rejection emails to candidates.

Positive: Value for money, ton of features, easy to use, easy to understand help articles, self help videos, team management.

Negative: More reports needed, interview feedback form can be more customizable.

Summary: Helps in automating daily tedious tasks of recruiters, and helps in reviewing team performance. Also helps in headhunting candidate profiles.

Positive: User-friendly system, custom recruitment workflows can be set, job advertisement on all major platforms, team collaboration.

Negative: More vendor management related features can be there.

Summary: This system is the best in the market I helped us solve all our recruitment-related problems. It helped in speeding up the time taken by recruiters to process candidates. Very transparent and easy to use.

Positive: Easy to use, Value for money, best team coordination, Intuitive suggestion of suitable candidates, multiple methods to promote jobs, extensive search functions, organisational level Reports.

Negative: Customisation of reports, no integration with Zoom.

Summary: My experience is very good and we use this product daily for our recruitment process and it shows very effective for our organization.

Positive: Best product and smooth to use. As a new user I was very impressed with the product. Since we started, we have been getting immediate support and multiple responses and it is very effective.

Negative: Connection loss and speed issues. Not able to log in speedily.

Summary: We had great experience. Our 7 recruiters use it full time and it save lots of time. Good reporting tool. All our job application come in to system directly. Automation is very good.

Positive: Easy to use.

Negative: Nothing as such. Sometime it takes sometime to provide support like 8 hours.

Summary: I seriously think about iSmart daily. I was spoiled. It takes my new recruiters here weeks and weeks to effectively learn the basics of this system.

If you're looking for an easier way to track your applicants and move them through the hiring process, easily oversee your staff activity & progress, and manage your overall business - I highly recommend you consider iSmart.

Positive: I was a daily user of the iSmart applicant tracking system for 5+ years. My recruiting business was acquired last year, however, and I went to work for the acquirer. The acquirer I went to work for uses a different ATS application (it was adopted through another company acquisition).

I always liked iSmart - but I appreciate it even more now. During the time I was a user, I watched the features continuously expand and the UI became more and intuitive. Periodic updates were effortless, and there was always clearly-written, comprehensive documentation in perfect sync. I never even encountered a bug.

The real test was when new recruiters came onboard. They were able to use iSmart effectively within 1 or two days. The only thing that was better than the system was the support. Responsiveness and customer service was always #1.

Negative: I cannot think of anything I did not like. I've heard that iSmart has continued to evolve even in the short time I've been away from it.

Summary: Very good.

Positive: Dashboard is very clear. Portal is very user friendly. All indications, symbols are used properly.

Negative: Not anything as of now.
