Summary: Overall I recommend it to the world.
Positive: It's easy to use, flexible to customize as per our needs, and scalable to as many employees as a large organization may have.
It auto-translates content in real-time into 14 international languages which is a big plus for our offshore team of associates.
The analytics are instant and deep. It also provides us with ready graphs for use in internal reports. We can also add segments to be included in the analytics.
It has got all the modules rolled into one app - engagement, recognition, social networking, surveys, messaging, chat, video conferencing, forms, news feeds, document repositories, quizzes, and much more.
And the company comes up with one innovation each day in the form of feature updates. Truly remarkable.Negative: I can't think of any as such. But maybe will be great if they include AI in it in the future.

Negative: I would like the AI chatbot to extend its capabilities, so it can answer questions outside the box. When they're asking about projects, it should be able to handle those questions more effectively.
