OtoparkPro also covers valet: the customer sends a "Bring my car" request from the QR page, one attendant claims each retrieval job, the parking spot is noted on the record, and the valet fee is added as a separate line at exit. A team radio is built in: attendants talk to each other with push-to-talk inside the app - hold the button, speak, let go, and it plays out loud on the other phones, so there are no handsets to buy, charge or lose. It follows the shift, so a phone that is not on shift does not listen, and if receiving is off then sending is off too. Nothing is recorded: clips are never stored on the server, the receiving phone writes no file and there is no history - only the last clip stays on the device so it can be replayed once. Each car park has its own private channel. Otto, the built-in business assistant (new in version 4.0): ask "How's the cash today?" or "How many vehicles are inside?" and Otto answers from your own records, filtered by each person's permissions. Suggested questions work offline; on iPhones with Apple Intelligence, typed questions are also answered on the device without internet.
