goPost Description
The goPost Citizen Self Service portal allows applicants to submit applications for permits, upload plans for review, manage versioning of documents, access reviewer comments reports, and download approved and reviewed plans. The applicants do not have to pay anything to create a goPost account. The agencies can choose to give customers access to goPost 24 hours a days, 7 days a weeks, or to restrict submissions to a specific schedule. The flexibility of the agencies is to define their submission guidelines. These guidelines are available to applicants directly through goPost. Staff at the agency review incoming submissions to make sure they meet the submission criteria. They then accept them for plan reviews or notify applicants of any deficiencies. The applicant can create and manage an unlimited number of permit applications. By eliminating the need to submit plans personally, the processing time for plan review is reduced.
