Positive: I basically use eHospital system for Appointment booked, confirmation sent, patient registered, with that history on my screen before my client walk in, prescription generated electronically, bill ready before they leave. eHospital does all of that automatically.

Summary: This system made us look and operate like a proper medical facility. Our athletes trust us more because we are more organized and that means everything in this industry.
Positive: Before eHospital I was tracking athlete injuries on spreadsheets and it was honestly embarrassing. Now everything lives in one place. I open the system, type a name, and the full injury history, treatment plan, and next appointment is right there. Billing used to take us hours every week and now it basically runs itself. The customer service team even called us after our first month just to check how things were going. Nobody does that anymore.
Negative: Setting it up for a sports medicine setting specifically took a few extra conversations with their team.

Summary: If you are stuck on an underperforming HMS and hesitating to switch because of the disruption, I understand the feeling. But eHospital made the transition worth it. The product works, the support is real, and our operations are in a better place because of it.
Positive: We were on a different hospital management system for almost four years and every year we kept saying "maybe next year we'll switch." The reporting was bad, the support was worse, and half the modules never worked properly. A colleague recommended eHospital and after a three week trial I pulled the trigger.
The difference was noticeable within the first month. Patient registration is faster, the ward team actually uses the system instead of working around it, and our billing team stopped complaining which honestly is the biggest sign something is working. The interface is not flashy but it is practical and that is what matters in a busy hospital environment.Negative: Migrating our historical patient data from the old system was painful. It took longer than the eHospital team originally estimated and required a lot of our own staff hours to verify the records afterward. I'd factor that into your implementation timeline.

Positive: Before eHospital book was either a physical register or a basic spreadsheet and double bookings were a regular problem. Nls we can see every doctor's availability in real time and book, reschedule or cancel appointment without any confusion. Patients also get reminders automatically which has reduced the number of no shows we deal with everyday week.
Negative: We are skill fairly new so we have not expressed every features in the scheduling modules yet

The flow from test request to result delivery is cleaner and faster now. If your lab is still running on paper requests delivery is cleaner and faster now. Positive: The biggest win for us is that requests now come in digitally straights from the doctors, so there is no ore lost paper requests or confusion about what was ordered. Results are uploaded directly into the patient files the moments they are ready, which means doctors get what they need without calling or waiting around . It has genuinely improved the communication between our lab and the clinical team.
Negative: The Learning curve for lab staff who are not used to working with software was steeper then we anticipate.

Summary: For any hospital pharmacy that is still doing things manually or dealing with stock mismatches. eHospital is a step in the right direction. It has brought more order and accuracy to how we manage medication and prescription. A few rough edges here and there but overall it has made our pharmacy a which calmer place to work
Positive: Tracking drug inventory used to be something we did manually and mistakes happened more than I would like to admit. eHospital keeps a live count of our stock and alerts us when something is running low, which has saved us from running out of critical medication. Linking prescription directly from the doctor's consultation to our dispensary has also cut down on errors and back and forth communication.
Negative: The pharmacy module took some time to set up correctly and we needed support to configure is to match how our dispensary works.

It is not a perfect system but the way it.centralises patient management alone makes it worth considering. After over a year of use I can confidently say it has improved how we care for our patients.
Positive: Before ehospital, finding a returning patient's history was a whole process on its own and it's showed everything down. now all patient information from past visit, diagnosed and treatment history is right there in one place the moment you need it , it has made our front desk and clinical team so much faster and more confident when attending to patients.
Negative: The first time setting up and migrating existing patient records into the system took more time than expected . there are also moments when searching for a specific patient feels slower than it should, especially during busy periods.
