Our outpatient department went from chaotic to actually manageable Date: Apr 23 2026
Summary: eHospital doesn't make running a busy OPD easy — nothing does. But it makes it manageable and that is honestly everything.
Positive: We handle up to 400 patients a day and printed registers were killing us. Now patients are triaged digitally, routed to the right room, and records are ready before the doctor calls them in. The support team even came on-site during our go live week which nobody expecte, having someone physically there on launch day in a high volume environment was a game changer.
Negative: The system slows down noticeably during peak hours when every terminal is running at once. Not a dealbreaker but it needs fixing.

This system helped us pass our accreditation audit without a panic Date: Apr 22 2026
Summary: For any hospital that takes regulatory compliance seriously, eHospital gives you the documentation backbone to prove it when it counts.
Positive: Every patient interaction, billing entry and lab request timestamped, logged, and pulled up in minutes when the auditors asked. No scrambling, no "let me get back to you." The support team also customized our alert and record settings to match our specific compliance requirements which was not something we expected them to do.
Negative: Compliance report templates need to be built manually from scratch. Pre-built ones for common accreditation frameworks would save a lot of setup hours.

Three clinic locations, one system, it actually works Date: Apr 17 2026
Summary: If you run more than one healthcare facility and you are still piecing together information from separate systems, eHospital is the solution you have been looking for. It truly delivers on its multi-location promise and has made us feel like one unified organization for the first time.
Positive: We operate three clinic locations, and before eHospital, coordinating between them was a constant headache — different systems, different records, no unified view. Now all our locations are interconnected. A patient who visits one clinic can be seen at another with their full record already available. Stock transfers between locations are tracked. Revenue from each site is visible in one dashboard. It has completely transformed how we operate as a network.
Negative: The multi-location setup during onboarding requires careful planning and coordination with the eHospital team

Running out of critical meds was a real problem for us eHospital fixed that Date: Apr 16 2026
Summary: For any hospital pharmacy still managing stock with spreadsheets or manual counts, eHospital is a significant step forward. It brings accuracy, accountability, and calm to what used to be one of our most chaotic departments. A few rough edges in the setup, but the day-to-day performance has been excellent.
Positive: The live inventory tracking alone is worth every penny. We get automated alerts when stock is running low, which has prevented us from running out of critical medications during busy periods. Prescriptions flow directly from doctor consultations into our dispensary system, cutting out the confusion and errors that came with handwritten prescriptions. Everything is linked, and it shows.
Negative: Setting up the pharmacy module to reflect our dispensary structure and medication catalogue required significant configuration.

Our lab finally feels like it's part of the hospital and not a separate island Date: Apr 16 2026
Summary: eHospital has fundamentally changed how our laboratory connects with the rest of the hospital. The flow from test request to result delivery is faster, cleaner, and more reliable. If your lab is still running on paper and phone calls, this system will feel like an entirely different world.
Positive: Digital test requests arrive directly from doctors without any paper or phone calls involved. Sample tracking keeps us accountable at every stage, and results are uploaded directly into the patient's file the moment they are ready. Doctors no longer have to wait or follow up with us they just check the system. Communication between the lab and the clinical team has improved dramatically.
Negative: The learning curve for lab staff who had never used clinical software before was steeper than expected. We needed about a month of hands-on training before the full team was comfortable.

A Solid Investment For Going Paperless Date: Apr 05 2026
Summary: It's a Comprehensive all in One solution. it replaced three different tools w e were using before, which has simplified our entire business operation and saved us on subscription costs.
Positive: Since Switching to eHospital, our billing has much more transparent. I can see exactly what is happening in the pharmacy, the lab, and the wards from my own office. it's helped us catch a lot of small billing errors that were costing us money ,
Negative: It is a big system with a lot of features we don't even use yet. it can feel a bit overwhelming at first because there are so many modules, so I recommend staring with just the basics and adding more later.
