    Boberdoo - very versatile Lead and Call Distribution Platform

    Summary: From scratch we were in business in a matter of days and able to generally manage our efforts without too much assistance. When questions came up, they were they with answers either through the Knowledge Base, Chat or by email or phone. I highly recommend a weekly call to go over accumulated questions and learn some new tips and tricks in how to get the most out of Boberdoo.

    Positive: From the first call I felt like the folks at Boberdoo knew their business and could provide a thorough solution to my needs. As I went through the onboarding and installation training I appreciated the tips and creative ideas they provided. The platform is solid and and the support is caring and timely - could not be a better overall experience.

    Negative: At first, the Admin Portal was a little confusing and finding items took a little work. After a few days working with the Platform I started to understand the logic to the design and it became much more obvious. It also helped that the team at Boberdoo made some slight modifications that changed the nomenclature for me to terms that I understood - very accommodating to make the Platform work for the customer!

    Boberdoo is a vital component to my business

    Summary: Very solid. I have been using Boberdoo now for about 15 years. Started when I was VP of Sales for a lead gen company. Then when I went out on my own in 2013 forming my own company. I'm literally in and out of my Boberdoo interface all day every day. Easy birds' eye view it gives me of revenue generated, lead sales, traffic filtered by source, etc etc.

    Positive: Ease of setting traffic sources up. Ease of setting lead buyers up. Quick turn around time from their tech team when I need IT related support such as setting up new lead postings for clients, custom buildouts, etc.

    Negative: Not too much not to like honestly. I really have never had any issues.
