    Negative: One of the main problems that I have found within Zoho social during the use that we have had of this software within our company, is that this software does not work if there is no active Internet connection. This problem has really been tragic for us, since sometimes we are out of our office without an Internet connection, and we want to make the schedules of the weekly publications for our social networks, To be able to make the schedules outside the office and then upload them to Zoho Social platform when we have an internet connection would be really awesome, this is not possible as we can only do the scheduling if we have an active internet connection. Another negative thing that I must mention about this software is that the current application for iOS devices does not have a real-time monitoring of the posts made on social, I can clearly see the posts made from the platform, however the traffic update of the same is not done in real time as it happens from the version for computers, where I can see clearly and in real time the progress of each of the previously made publications. These two things that I mentioned can be easily fixed and I am confident that the owners of this software will do it, so I will continue to use this platform no matter what negative things I have done while using it.

    3- The third thing that I liked about this platform is that it has a general statistics system incorporated for all the social networks that you have linked, this system is fantastic, since it is capable of accounting in a general way all the views and interactions that have had your clients and visitors of your social networks, you can statistically visualize all the total visualizations that you have had in your publications in all social networks.4

    4- I also liked this platform, not only can it be used by me, but I have also been able to assign different roles so that my work team in my company can modify and create new publications for our social networks.     Negative: The main problems found within this platform were:

    Effective solution for managing social networks

    Summary: I find it useful to be able to manage my company's social networks within this platform because of the metrics that you offer me, not only the impact that I am causing but also the frequency of interactions and knowing what my audience likes the most. I have also been able to measure the ROI, so not only do I know the impact of my company's social networks towards the public, but also thanks to the fact that I can measure the ROI, I can see the impact that this platform makes within my company and I can say that it has been in a positive way.

    While it is beneficial for my company to have all the channels on a single platform to improve workflow, it also falls behind a bit with the new features that each social network adds. This is a bit disappointing because when this happens we have to be between this platform and the social network which has added a new feature and is not within Zoho.

    However, it has been a great long-term solution to have a platform like this for social media management. As I mentioned before, you had to have a page or tab open in your browser for each social network to be aware of each one of them. This is uncomfortable to be able to manage, in addition to using it within the browser consumes a lot of resources since social networks currently demand a large amount of RAM within the computer. Although it is true that all this can be done with a smartphone, it is not the same, since you would have to be switching between applications to be able to manage everything correctly. So I preferred that within my company we opted to have all the channels within a single view, that is, within the same platform.

    Positive: + I consider the user experience and the control panel to be well thought out, it is very comfortable to work within this platform without complicating so much having a lot of social networks in one space. Each social network is flagged, so if I see a lot of stuff inside my main dashboard I don't worry about which social network the source is from since I can see it clearly. I also have a filter when I only want to focus on a social network, since sometimes a lot of information from a social network accumulates, occupying a large space, but with the filters it is solved.

    + It has the possibility of connecting with almost any social network, at least the social networks that are most used today have a total connection with some exceptions in some cases. However, it is very complete to manage a large part of social networks without having a lot of tabs open in the browser with the different networks that exist, nor is it necessary to have a mobile phone to be able to manage networks since with this platform you can synchronize the majority, making everything more accessible, improving the workflow in marketing.

    + I like being able to respond to comments within this same platform on all the social networks that I have linked to, this was very useful for me because when I have a comment notification I only have to be within this platform to be able to be aware of the interactions of the followers without going directly to the social networks that I manage, but with a couple of clicks or within an interface that Zoho Social has to see all the interactions on my networks, I can monitor interactions.

    + The programming was the most useful thing about this platform, with multiple parameters that I can adjust based on when, where and what type of publication I will make.
