One of the main things that I like about this platform is that you can manage the budgets, the platform allows you to add each of the materials that you will need and the cost of each of them, in addition, it will provide you with suggestions to reduce the general cost of the project. budget, this function is relatively important since it helps you to take care of the capital of your company and helps you to develop the project without using many resources. Another thing that I like about this platform is that you can integrate an unlimited number of participants for each project, in addition, I also love that you can closely monitor the activities that the participants are developing, you can find out what an employee has contributed to the project, you can know if the activities that have been programmed for the contribution to the project have already been completed, without a doubt this function is very important and helps you avoid having employees without contributing anything.

Negative: One of the main problems faced when using this platform in your work area is that you cannot use it because you do not have an active Internet connection, so if you want to manage any type of project or want to monitor the progress of a specific project, you should having a totally stable internet connection, this is a very shocking negative characteristic, since I would like to plan all kinds of projects and manage the budget for each of them from anywhere in the world, regardless of whether or not I have an internet connection, it is really necessary that simply some function to continue using the platform despite not having Internet. Another negative thing about this platform is that it can be a bit difficult to use. When I started using it, I noticed that adapting to the platform was quite a complex process. However, I was able to adapt thanks to the use of a work team. Positive: Zoho Projects is one of the best softwares to manage projects out there. It comes with many useful tools that can be customized to my liking, many templates for different types of projects that can also be customized to fit into the project theme and adjust it the most to make sure the project is done in a great manner and succeeds in the market. I like that Zoho Projects has a variety of features that help track the process of many projects, we can track every task and make sure we complete every milestone that we place and every goal that we create, it is very easy to complete all tasks when they can be sorted in different views for very digestion of them, I can choose different charts to view the projects such as Gantt charts, which are my favorite, because they allow me to have a robust view of the most important tasks that need to be done in order to complete a project, and have a broader look at their dependencies.
For this software, there are many things that speed up projects, and one of them is its incredible extensive reporting function. I feel very confident while using the reporting tool because it is very customizable and provides great information about the status of a project, with many analytics that allow me to have more insights on what is going on and things that may have been missed, it gives great information on finished projects and helps me make different decisions and create different tasks that will help keep a positive outlook on these projects. With Zoho Projects, it is very easy to manage multiple projects at the same time since its tools are carefully designed to carry out multiple duties and different tasks, it makes the management process much more simple and creates a space where it is actually easy to have all projects under control, and manage all the subtasks that come with every project. I think this is a great solution to keep a stable workflow and not have all the information about projects all over the place on different applications or softwares, it is very easy to import data into this software and start managing it all in this place.

Negative: I do think that Zoho Projects is very difficult to work with, especially in the beginning when first learning about all the tools included in this, it feels very cluttered and it does not feel very intuitive when it comes to the user interface. Many times I had issues where I did not know how to do certain things for project management and I was very confused; when trying to reach out to customer support for help, I experienced a very poor customer support and it did not solve my questions and doubts, I had to figure them out on my own with the help on the guides that the software has added on the help FAQ; even though these guides helped me, I feel like a proper customer service should be responsive enough that it feels actually present in a software and feels reliable enough so that when issues come up, I feel relief knowing that there is a service that will help me, unfortunately, this has not been my experience with Zoho Projects and I hope they improve this part of their service as it is a very important aspect of a project management tool.

Summary: Overall Zoho Projects has worked well as long as you know its limitations. If your expectations are fair it's a great program to manage projects and tasks.

Negative: Nonetheless, I just don't like that the vendor hasn't yet incorporated offline mode capability.

Summary: Overall if you’re looking for a high quality project management software, I would look elsewhere, as there are plenty of better options on the market.

Positive: This did give the ability to manage projects and was included in the Zoho One suite, but that’s probably the only pro.

Negative: This software leaves a lot to be desired. Specifically this software was missing a lot of features found in alternatives such as Asana or Trello.
