I find that Linkedin has good candidates but its very expensive, where Indeed has good volume but I have a hard time finding the right talent. ZipRecruiter is a nice middle ground where the applicants are plentiful and relevant, but the pricing is still very reasonable.

    Positive: Great turn around between posting a job and getting quality applicants applying to the job. I have hired a handful of sales and operations roles with it and all have been filled quickly. Easy UI and simple posting process.

    Negative: ZipRecruiter is strongest when hiring for local positions, like when you are hiring in your city. However, it could use a little improvement for fully remote hiring.
