Positive: The chat support is excellent. I had questions and was able to get them answered fast. Plus the live chat rep offered me a discount on my initial purchase. Worked great!

Summary: Good support team, and easy to use.
Design and feature are basic but no complaints as it is also very easy and user friendly.

Positive: Quick support team.

Just started using this tool for my consultancy; apart from this I have been using this in my past organization for more that a year.

Negative: Catch-all status is kind of road blocking.
Grey listed status- it defines verified and invalid on Excel sheet but not with single email address validator.

Summary: A very good and serious website to get your email list clean from soft, hard bounces and invalid email addresses to avoid your reputation going down.

Positive: Since I use ZeroBounce, I get a better inbox rate because I am sending only to valid email addresses and ZeroBounce are excellent to get the best verification.

Negative: Sometimes it is lagging but not big deal they resolve issues very quickly.

Summary: ZeroBounce is a life saver, and a powerful tool to have in our arsenal. We have only been utilizing a small portion of it's full capabilities and are keen on incorporating the use of the ZeroBounce API into our processes, really looking forward to it!

Positive: The necessity for email validation has never become so apparent in keeping IP and Domain reputations in good standing. Reducing or down right eliminating the amount of bounced email goes a long way in ensuring that the sender isn't looked negatively upon by email ISPs. The fact that Zero Bounce offers an API, makes it much more streamlined for the likes of automated email campaign generation, and email list sanitation programs we use on a daily basis.

Negative: So far, not many negatives to speak on. Would prefer to use the API instead of the bulk email upload tool on the website.

Summary: Very helpful! As a new business, I appreciate finding a tool that will grow with me - and does not dictate my limits.

Negative: The chat box was popping up too often at first - offering help - but it has stopped now. I appreciate knowing it's there - but not having to close it all the time.

Summary: We are a government agency organizing Exhibitions, processing thousands of email addresses after the event is exhausting. ZeroBounce makes my job easier.

Negative: I have no complain regarding the service provided.

Summary: It's easy and automated. I have not yet uploaded my list to an email client to see how it performs. So far, so good!

Positive: This company has the best customer service. For someone who is not very familiar with email lists and excel, this company was understanding and provided 5 star support.

Negative: The excel spreadsheet documentation needs to be more visible in the dashboard.

Summary: I'll use them again, and again, ... and again! Without fail. The best. They're the best. I use them every week, and couldn't live without'em.

Positive: All of the C.S. folks we've encountered are terrific. They are "on top of their game," they know the product and its complexities, they are always cheerful and patient.....and they are 100% available when you need them (not like some providers.....who say they'll get back to you in a day or so, and that turns into a week!). Love the service.

Negative: There's nothing I didn't like. It's the world's best validation service. I believe. And its C.S. people are well-trained and super nice.

Summary: Overall great experience - we will keep using it to verify our lists and keep our deliverability rates high and our bounces as low as possible.

Negative: Nothing so far - the solution answers our needs quickly and easily.

Summary: If you have a huge email list and you want to help make sure you are not blocked then this is the software you want to use.

Positive: I like the product and the customer service. It works and if you have a question you can get it answered quickly.

Negative: I have no cons. The fact this tool is needed is a pain (no fault of the vendor) but the tools is needed so we use it.
