Summary: I applied it in preparing materials for a workshop. The merge and split functions were particularly useful, but it slowed down once when I batch compressed.

Positive: ZenDocs allows you to easily merge, split, and compress PDFs. The drag-and-drop functionality is clean and streamlined.

Negative: Sometimes loads slowly on older browsers and systems.

Summary: I use it mostly to sign and send contracts. Works well, but can see improvement in performance dealing with large PDFs. Nonetheless, good experience overall.

Positive: ZenDocs is easy to navigate and has straightforward layout, making it easy to use for a beginner. The sign pdf tool performs as needed.

Negative: Processing huge files takes some time occasionally

Summary: I utilized ZenDocs on freelance contracts and found signing to be dependable. It took time to figure out how to change signature size, but after learning, it was flawless. Everything being digital makes clients a lot easier to deal with and keeps the files legally secure.

Positive: Uploading and inserting signatures is easy, and the signature feature appears professional and realistic.

Negative: The system did a few attempts to scan my handwritten signature file. A more explicit upload tutorial could be of assistance.

Summary: as an HR assistant, I work with ZenDocs every day to handle applicant forms. It's quick, safe, and eliminates the need to print. I had one alignment issue once, but otherwise it's been a breeze. If they resolve that, it's a 5-star piece of software.

Positive: it's wonderful that ZenDocs allows me to fill and sign forms directly from the browser. The auto-save feature ensures progress is safe.

Negative: sometimes the text boxes shift slightly when resizing a document. Not a dealbreaker but needs a small fix.

Summary: Utilized ZenDocs to reorganize pages in a lengthy ebook. worked well but preview loaded slowly. would be beneficial to have a faster preview mode.

Positive: Worked well overall, but the preview loaded slowly. When it did, it went smoothly and the output was great, only wish the first load was quicker.

Negative: Would appreciate a low-res preview mode to improve speed.

Summary: Utilized to split a report into sections. worked great but having a visual check before applying would be useful.

Positive: The split tool worked precisely what I required and performed very quickly. Was able to divide sections without delay or clutter, and saved me heaps of time while editing.

Negative: Could include a fast preview animation to indicate split range.

Summary: Scam thieves nothing i would ever recommend garbage should be shut down dishonest scumbags

Negative: Tried to cancel before the 7 days were up for trial period. Phone number provided in email to cancel rang once then hung up. Tried at least a dozen times.

Used email link to cancel and get return screen saying "no active subscription found. You don't have an active subscription. Click below to navigate to our pricing page."
$29.99 came out of my account that night. SCAM COMPANY!

Summary: I have not had access and they kept saying I didn’t have an account yet. I’ve been charged twice now and have 19 emails confirming this along with 14 of those promising my money back. It’s been over two weeks and they still haven’t returned my 4988. They’ve charged me twice and all I get back is empty promises by an AI robot telling me to provide my information that I’ve given them six times do not do it save yourself. This crap has made my bank account bounce and I miss my daughter‘s doctor appointment due to it don’t do it. They won’t stop charging your account and give you empty promises of refunds.

Positive: Nothing!!!! They are the worst! Do not do it you will be charged over and over again and lies to about refunds

Negative: Unable to access, charges that are promised to be refunded and are not, lies, scammers

Summary: Very very very bad and disappointing. I want my money back. Stupid customer service only keeps asking for my bank accounts which they already have since they took my money

Positive: Nothing good about Zendocs. They let you pay 0,99 cents but then charge you 24,99 for a subscription

Negative: Absolute scam. No where it says you automatically agree to a monthly’s subscription by paying 0,99 cents. Internet is full of bad reviews. Shame on you for scamming people this way. Customer service is fake and keeps asking for the same information over and over again.
