Summary: Overall I would recommend ZenGo to my friends who are looking for a crypto wallet. The ease of use, security and informative nature of the app makes it a great product for those starting out.

Positive: I find ZenGo to be a very secure wallet. It has multi-level security with biometrics. I have also found it to be very user friendly and easy to understand. I am no expert but have never had an issue with the app.

Negative: It does take some time for the transactions to go through, I understand this is normal and ZenGo does keep you informed along the way.

Summary: It's a lovely experience once everything is settled in the security department and it's just overall very easy to use, the app is not buggy at all and it has all the information one could need, especially as a beginner.

Positive: As a beginner, the whole process of cryptocurrency seemed a bit complicated, but ZenGo wallet made it feel very easy and not so scary anymore. It is also very secure and I'm not scared of potential hacks.

Negative: While security is appreciated, I do feel it's a rather tedious process if you change your device and you forgot your password. Also the facial recognition is a bit wonky, but that might've been because I'm not used to it and it took a few tries for it to still recognise me.

Summary: After complicated experiences and a total lack of support and interest for their clients from the well known established companies, ZenGo is the way to go!

Positive: I had Matic transaction problems that has been handled with great efficiency in a matter of hours, immediate chat is available which is something u will never find o Coinbase which is basically unreachable and dehumanized. And multilingual!

Negative: None, I’m even surprised to find such a service in the finance world.

Summary: Best cause of security and quickness and ease of transfers Biometric as well a definite and obvious plus.

Positive: Security.

Negative: Limited options of stakeable coins on ZenGo platform.

Summary: I opted for ZenGo several months ago but hesitated to dive into the space. Fortunately when I recently gave it a second look, the account that I had all but funded was ready to go. This in itself was impressive.

Positive: No hiccups.
Smooth transfer to third party transaction partners.
Feels secure.
Attractive UI.
Good use of notifications (not too many).

Negative: Nothing yet. But I am a new user and have not played in competitors products.

Summary: Excellent service and overall site navigation around the site easy to use interface and tracking of coins in and out is easy to understand.

Positive: The ease as to setting up my account and the help from the knowledgable support team.
Also how easy it is to purchase and swap different coins about.

Negative: The only choice to withdraw from the platform was MoonPay although there are 2 options to purchase coins. Banxa and MoonPay maybe there should be 2 options to withdraw from as a choice.

Summary: It's good to use. Not good to use for money for family.

Positive: Good app easy to use.

Negative: Takes out too much for taxes.

Summary: I’ll give this app 80 out of 100. It's very easy to learn and use and the support team is very strong and will get to you ASAP.

Positive: Everything runs smoothly and good so i recommend people use it. I’ll continue to use it throughout my life.

Negative: There’s not much I didn’t like couldn’t log in a few times but it ended up working.

Summary: I'm glad I took ZenGo for my wallet, I feel safe with it.
I recommend it without hesitation to everyone I know.

Positive: Simplicity of the site really pleasant. Very easy to use.

Negative: Some cryptos are missing that I would like to bring.

Summary: The fact to create a wallet directly with face ID and iCloud during the first steps was a true more value for me. Also the interface was a strong aspect of what i like with ZenGo. The support directly in app is also a more value!

Positive: Hello,
I discovered ZenGo Wallet from Twitter. I saw that this wallet propose an experience without an passphrase. I tested ZenGo with the Polygon Matic network.
My experience was really smooth. Send or receive tokens was easy. I used their support directory from the app and i was able to have someone from the support team very quickly. Great support experience!!

Negative: I would like to have more tokens supported in the future! Definitely something to improve.

Summary: Good tools for purchase, sells and share crypto. Easy to start. Clear and synthetic wallet dashboard.

Positive: Easy to use. User experience positive. Delay of purchase and sells are reasonable. Good apps to have in the pocket :)

Negative: Fees can be expensive. Not always clear details information about fees.

Summary: I use the ZenGo Wallet daily and all my transactions are fast and smooth.

Summary: That's my favorite wallet. I learned quickly how to setup it with the straightforward tutorials on security and recovery and I use it for my transactions on the chains that are available on it. Waiting for more chains for it to be the perfect wallet! I already recommended it to beginners in crypto.

Positive: ZenGo is a new kind of wallet. It allows you to get rid of seed phrases while maintaining equivalent (even better, in fact) security, without the stress of having to store data on a medium that must be accessible at all times, even in case of an accident. The possibility for a relative to unlock the wallet easily in case of problem is also very appreciable. The user is pampered: live chat available 24/7 with a real human "on the other side" who really knows the wallet. The tutorials available online are also very clear and updated regularly. Finally, the regular promotions with interesting projects (Onramp, Smurf...) are the icing on the cake. And it's FREE!

Negative: Not all chains are supported. Some bugs can happen but they are fixed quickly and live chat helps to understand the problem.

Summary: ZenGo is the most secure wallet that you can use but they need to add more blockchain and option to add custom tokens.

Positive: ZenGo is the only self-custodial wallet with no private key or seed phrase. The advantage of no private key or seed phrase is a fake support team, phishing attackers, scammers, and others cannot steal anything from you.

Negative: Currently no option to add custom tokens in the wallet.

Summary: I was looking for an easy-to-use wallet to secure my assets and I chose ZenGo because of it's incredible UI/UX and its no seed security.

Positive: ZenGo is really easy to use extremely fluid.
The UX is smooth, I can have a look at my assets and my NFT in a blink of an eye.

Negative: The minimums buying are a little bit too high but there is no big deal.
