Positive: Easy to use and very safe also gas fees aren't too bad. Good staff. Response times are great. Will definitely recommend.

Negative: Nothing really to say about this. There aren't any cons in my opinion.

Summary: I was most impressed by the discord team, they have good ideas, they are active and you can see that they are very committed, I am glad that I joined them and I will try to give as much as possible from myself to improve the future operation of the Zengo application.

Positive: Default very efficient and easy to use, with an interface that is pleasing to the eye, heartily recommended.

Negative: A bit limited withdrawal option to bank account because only through btc, there is also a $5 fee.
The worst thing I noticed is the minimum amount of exchange transactions for a minimum amount of about $125, I think this is categorically too much, I would ask them to change it to a reasonable min of $5-10.

Summary: I hope this platform will be great and friendly for more users.

Negative: The only disadvantage that ZenGo have is that you can't add custom tokens to your wallet.

Summary: Really well designed application overall and easy to use from the very beginning. Felt very comfortable to use even if I had never really done much in crypto beforehand.

Positive: Layout of application is easy to navigate.
Onboarding didn't take long and was simple to understand as well.
Safety precautions that other wallets don't seem to have.

Negative: Higher minimums for cross-chain trades than I would have liked, but may be due to regulations or whatever not sure.

Summary: I love it for a beginner, this is my first mobile wallet and it is clear, quickly with a confirmation email.

I was really fascinated with the general experience obtained within this wallet, I felt very comfortable using it because it helped me to complete transactions quickly, in addition, it is impressive to see how I was able to buy all kinds of CryptoCurrencies, use my debit card, since previously I had not been able to carry out this process in other wallets. I really liked the security that is inside this wallet, I allow myself to add a two-step security to each wallet that I have created, in addition, it also allows me to receive authentication code in my email every time I log into this platform or when I am going to complete a new transaction, in addition, this platform also allows me to define some phrases to serve as a measure to recover access when I have lost my account password, these phrases are fully modifiable and allow me to recover access to the account in a matter of seconds. In addition, this platform allows you to complete transactions much faster than any other, since the processing of each of your transactions when transferring any cryptocurrency is impressive, this allows you to complete transfers in less time, you can send money to any Blockchain or any wallet, in the same way that platform will process that transfer in a matter of seconds.

Negative: I did not have any type of problem when using this wallet, since it can store a large amount of Cryptocurrencies easily and without resorting to the loss of those assets, it always behaved excellently, in addition, it had an immediate connection with Web3 and Defi, which which allowed me to have a more expansive use of each of the assets deposited within this wallet. I do not have any kind of complaint regarding the actions performed on this wallet, also the system of deposit and withdrawal of money works perfectly, this wallet is very perfect.

Positive: Mostly everything. How easy it is to use, how simple, how cool the design is and how you have all of the features you need at the palm of your hand.

Negative: It's sadly not available on PC as that could ease up a lot of things. Another sad thing is that one can only buy a minimum amount of crypto which is sometimes not convenient.

Summary: For a single mum trying to give my kids a future this is the best and easiest way for me to do it thank u for making it simple to work out.

Positive: Fast and easy to use once I got to know how to do it a good way to save and invest planning to show my family and friends.

Negative: Having to go to and from bank account then back to the app.
