    Summary: Overall, Yooz has been wonderful for our needs. A huge improvement in automation and tech compared to our previous software. Very happy with it.

    Positive: OCR reader in, import process, and Yooz does a wonderful job of organizing everything. The customizations is a big plus.

    Negative: Organization ca be a bit mismanaged at times. On the higher side, price wise compared to some other AP software.

    Summary: Great software, will always recommend! Makes paying a ton of invoices so much easier than processing manual checks!

    Positive: The usability, efficiency of the Program are wonderful! It is very user-friendly, and easy to learn, even for the most electronically illiterate individuals.

    Negative: No automatic email notification when I have a document in my "to-do" tasks. I'm aware that there are ways to set up specific notifications, but it's not very user friendly. Should be a default option.

    Summary: The overall experience has been great. I look forward to what is next with the software as they are always working on adding new features.

    Positive: The Yooz team took the time to set up the software the way I wanted it and were never in a rush. Even after implementation, they are always there to assist with any issues I may have. Overall, the software is the best one I could find on the market and does what it says it can do, which cannot be said of all the others I tried. I save time every time I use the software and I am looking forward to adding more features that will save even more time. Yooz is always looking to improve and add new features so the product will only get better.

    Negative: There is nothing I do not like. There are little things that can be improved, but I have submitted feature requests and Yooz is considering those for future updates.

    Searchability is everything

    Summary: Although there are some cons to the software, the searchability of the software makes it all worth it 100%.

    Positive: Everything can be searched. It makes finding documents so much easier. Before we had Yooz it was like cracking a code to find our documents. With Yooz we can search for anything on an invoice and it will pull it up. It's amazing.

    Negative: I don't like how hard it is to move items around in the workflow as an admin. I have to impersonate people to move things around without worrying about things getting messed up. It is hard to remember who I need to impersonate to change specific things. It also stinks that when we change the vendor all the invoice information is lost. changing the vendor doesn't mean the whole thing is wrong. It just means the vendor was wrong.

    Summary: It's been an excellent experience using Yooz! There are so many great features that I'm just scratching the surface of.

    Positive: This system is super user friendly. I just started at my new job in September of 2023 and it took me no time at all to learn the ropes. The search functions are awesome and the links that generate to take you to the direct invoice is great as well.

    Negative: Sometimes invoices get "lost" and aren't easily seen. The link document option is a little bit difficult. I wish the advance option of attaching the documents was available for free.

    Summary: I gladly use this platform every single day. I enjoy Yooz and wish we could have started it sooner.

    Positive: Learning something new is never easy. However when Yooz was introduced we had weekly opportunities to take workshops & trainings. This made the transition to Yooz very easy and encouraging. I love how easy and simple it is.

    Negative: One thing I would change is the time limit that is alotted to us. Working in a big company requires us to cross reference often. However, it's a huge understanding considering this involves revenue.

    Summary: Overall, I can honestly say that I am pleased with this software. I can say it is user friendly. Using use has helped our general manager become more aware of our company expenses.

    Positive: I do like that the scanning can automatically generate my vendor. It is user friendly and, can really cut down time when it comes hitting multiple accounts at once.

    Negative: One this I don't like is unnecessary fields. Like document date, document creation date, document due day, accounting date. Too many dates.

    Summary: I think it is a great asset with helping get all your invoices paid, especially when you paid 100's of invoices a month.

    Positive: I love that it remembers your previous work, it helps when you have 100's of invoices coming in each month.

    Negative: I don't like that sometimes you have to export your files and it doesn't always export directly to cdk.

    Summary: I'm very happy we converted from a manually intensive process to the Yooz automated process. Need less cabinet space for paper filing as everything is now online.

    Positive: Always have a digital invoice copy available for reference.
    Eliminated so much paper & manual coding.
    Can track history of who approved the invoice.
    Can easily download or email invoice as needed

    Negative: The ability to customize excel download files.
