Positive: Prior to implementing Yooz, the accounts payable process involved significant manual data entry and physical invoice storage. This resulted in inefficiencies and potential errors. Yooz has demonstrably improved our workflow by automating data extraction and eliminating paper-based processes. The mobile app further enhances efficiency by facilitating remote invoice approvals.

Yooz has freed up valuable time for our team, allowing us to focus on more strategic initiatives within the accounts payable department. It's important to note that Yooz specializes in accounts payable automation, not payroll processing. However, for businesses struggling with manual invoice management, Yooz offers a comprehensive and user-friendly solution that demonstrably enhances efficiency and accuracy.

Negative: Yooz has definitely helped our accounts payable process, but there's room for improvement. Here's the honest truth from someone who's been using it for a while.

Search Struggles:

Sometimes finding specific invoices can be a nightmare. Even when I know exactly what I'm looking for, Yooz can be a bit finicky with the search function. A more robust search system would be a huge time-saver.

Hiccups Happen:

Don't get me wrong, Yooz is great most of the time, but we've encountered a few glitches here and there, especially during approvals. It can be frustrating when the system slows down the workflow. Hopefully, these bugs get ironed out with future updates.

Training Time:

While Yooz itself is user-friendly, the initial training could be more comprehensive. A few of our team members struggled at first, and having more in-depth resources would be helpful for onboarding new users.

Overall, Yooz is a strong contender in the accounts payable game. It automates tasks, cuts down on errors, and offers a convenient mobile app. However, some improvements to search functionality, system stability, and training materials would make Yooz an absolute powerhouse.

Summary: Much better than our previous process, allows multiple locations to view which is beneficial for our business.

Positive: Paperless, able to view invoices from multiple locations for ease, reminder for tasks and learned accounts.

Negative: Sometimes we have issues with random glitches, not exporting some documents, sometimes not indicating something as a duplicate right away.

Summary: Yooz is a great system. There are minor misreading's from invoices from time to time but nothing that would cause major inhibiting to perform daily work.

Positive: Yooz is superior in pulling information off of the invoices and pulling information from other systems that are linked with it.

Negative: I have had trouble in the past reaching support over the phone.

Summary: I would say it doesn't work the same all the times and not necessarily for better, for example we have some vendor that send invoices as images and Yooz's OCR sometimes read the data and sometimes doesn't.

Positive: The gamified way to process invoices it makes the processing invoices easier, also that you can customize the view which helps.

Negative: The algorithm to read images is weak, it should have an option to copy and paste from an excel since, the format of lines is the same since multiple vendors send invoices in a Excel format and selecting every amount is not easy. Also the customer service is not that good we asked for a customization a month ago and we have not received any updated since the agreement was signed.

Summary: Excellent software to work with, it's been almost one year working with Yooz and now got hang of it and I liked it very much.

Positive: I like about Yooz is that it Auto Populate the fields, and it saves the previous work, so next time when I process the invoice I don't have to type it again.

Negative: I didn't like when I have 2 windows open and it shuts down every 15 to 20 minutes.

Summary: I use Yooz daily and I really enjoy the ease of use. Yooz has really grown from where they were when I first started using them years ago and I would recommend this to others.

Positive: I like the new layout and personalizing capabilities. The transfer of invoices in capture is much faster than it used to be when I first started using this system. Support is also much quicker.

Negative: Exports sometimes will get stuck and not transfer to CDK when I need them to.

Summary: Overall, I would recommend using YOOZ. It's a great place for storing documents electronically and works with applicable accounting software to easily manage payables. When support is needed, it is usually timely and most issues can be corrected in a reasonable time. I'd like to see some features worked on but overall it works well.

Positive: The look and feel of the program is easy to use and move through. The process of populating the majority of vendor data into the system automatically and notifying of duplicates helps with efficiency and accuracy. Program has a number of different features and options that are useful for approving and capturing information.

Negative: At month-end and the most important times of our payable cycles, the program is very slow, prompts errors, is delayed loading YOOZ documents from YOOZ to other accounting software, and times out when processing large documents without saving data. When it works it works great when it doesn't it's quite impacting to our everyday role as we use this program every day for most of the day.

Summary: Yooz is a great addition to my daily work in helping us to submit invoices correctly and timely. Easy to fill out and understand.

Positive: It saves time versus typing everything when we did everything by paper. We save time with Yooz's AI helping to fill out invoices to submit faster.

Negative: Had some issues of things getting changed in error and took awhile to get it fixed.

Summary: Good experience and use of AI in accounts payable processing. The best part is less time is spent entering AP invoices.

Positive: The invoice view in the entry screen is the bees knees and very helpful. The integration with Intacct works very well.

Negative: The vendors changed in Intacct do not auto populate in Yooz. You have to do a manual sync if you want to see that vendor pop up in Yooz the same day.

Summary: Yooz is good but there are some glitches at times, I think it could be a lot better. I envision a system that speaks to the accounting system where I post invoices and they work simultaneously together.

Positive: It's a lot easier to see who needs to approve invoices and keep track of who is holding invoices. I like the ease of the approval system overall.

Negative: I do not like that when I'm in a search and click into a vendor invoice and go back out it goes back up to the top of the list, I would like it to stay in the same spot so that I don't have to scroll all the way back down to find what I was just looking at.
I also do not like that it doesn't recognize the correct vendor name, I'd rather it leave it blank than put something wrong in, same with the dollar amount.
I wish that it would speak to the accounting system Sage so that if a change is made in Yooz, it also changes in Sage. This would be ideal. At this point I have to manually export invoices into Sage.

Summary: I like it for specific vendors. Also for my direct pays. I like how it archives the invoices in case I need to look for an old invoice.

Positive: It saves time. On repeated vendors saves the vendor information. Less posting for me, you just tab here.

Negative: Too slow when you have to post payable invoices, especially during month end.
