Summary: Biggest scam I’ve ever seen. Smoke and mirrors, and not even good ones.
Positive: Yext does absolutely nothing for you or your business. There are zero pros. You see how those videos literally explain nothing.
They got one star from me because I couldn’t choose less than one.Negative: There is no product. There is no one to talk to or help you once you purchase YEXT. Look them up, their revenue is hundreds of millions a year, but you can’t get anyone on the phone or email support help. Nothing. The main phone number on the website doesn’t even work to connect you to anyone.

There is no product to show. There is no way to show that it’s doing anything or working. No “before & after “ data or reports to show that it’s a real thing and helping your business.
It’s predominantly sold by 3rd party resellers that know even less about it.
Once you pay for it (whatever it is?) good luck.
As I mentioned above - even that marketing video explains nothing about WHAT the product is.
I tried to contact them dozens of times to get help or support or direction of what to do after paying $800.00. Nothing. No responses.
There is no “product”.
