Easy to customise and plot the marks of my choice makes my store look outstanding on the maps.
Second best part is I can put filters of my choice and add offers I am running at the stores.

Negative: Would be nice if we could display banner ads on the platform. This could bring more traffic to the website.

Summary: Besides the great features, FindMyStore comes with, the product team is always available to help with any queries and confusions. We were able to integrate the store locator very smoothly.

Positive: The product is very easy to integrate and with the customizable UI it improves the looks of our website. The SEO works well, and with customers getting all the information about our branches plus the set appointment feature, we see a higher footfall and less calls from confused customers.

Negative: Nothing as such, really like how the product fits perfectly into our use cases.

Summary: Overall the product is great. Their team of location intelligence experts genuinely understood our business model & needs first and then proposed the solution that would be best for us. They have a wide range of features at a reasonable price which we couldn't find with any other locator software.

Positive: 1. The solution can be integrated with GMB (Google My Business) which was really helpful for us.
2. The number of online/offline appointments increased using their Book Appointments feature
3. Pricing is reasonable and their team provides support quickly.

Negative: I wish that the turnaround time for any customisation requirement would also be very fast but their team is supportive and gives an ideal timeline without false hopes on by when the customisations can be done.

Summary: Easy to setup, their team helped me integrate it on my website. I can easily measure the difference in my store footfall post implementing this.
The software is flexible enough to add changes as per my requirement. Reasonably priced. Great support.
