Summary: Overall, Yalla is a blessing to my sanity. It's my brain basically! From being able to keep track of notes about clients, to my digital checklist, I can be as organized as I can be. Thanks Yalla!

Positive: Yalla has enhanced communication, collaboration, efficiency and teamwork within our team. A majority of us work remotely, which has its ups and downs, but because of Yalla I don't feel too disconnected! I also love the online checklists. I don't have thousands of sticky notes that get lost on my desk because I can organize my tasks into categories and check them off when I'm done. I can also chat with my team about certain details by adding them to the task!

Negative: Yalla is wonderful! Not perfect, everything has bugs at one point or another. But their support services is amazing, they're always willing to help me out.

Summary: Super great experience so far. The team is great so if you ever have any questions or are curious on how to fully utilize this tool they are there to help you. Highly recommend!

Positive: Yalla makes it really easy to create tasks and assign them out, either by scheduling them or simply sending them to another team member. I use that everyday. When I need to schedule a call with a client I create a task and then I write down all the things I need to talk about with them in my task, that way I don't forget and I am prepared in the call. Also keeping track of notes and other things that apply to a client makes Yalla amazing.

Negative: I currently don't have any complaints with Yalla right now. It's awesome!

Summary: Overall, our team has absolutely loved using Yalla and it has given us more visibility and organization than we ever had previously. It's an awesome software that I would highly recommend to anyone!

Positive: Yalla is incredible!! It allowed our team to get rid of so many other softwares that we were using as it combines them all into one awesome platform. This also allowed us some great savings on the cash we were spending on having so many different platforms. We love Yalla and use it every single day! Our team would not be the same without it!

Negative: The software is still very young, so it is actively being worked on and improved. As a user, sometimes that means dealing with some bugs and things as the software is made better. That can be kind of frustrating.

Summary: Overall, my experience with the software has been fantastic! I didn't really understand how powerful it was at the beginning, but after the training I've received and after witnessing it turn my workload around, I'm a die-hard Yalla fan!

Positive: I love that Yalla has all the necessary features, I can keep all my information in one place, and it's saving my company a ton of money from the other software subscriptions we were able to cancel! I love how much care and attention the Yalla team gave me when onboarding my company, they helped train us every step of the way.

Negative: I've encountered a few minor bugs, but they're pretty good at looking into getting them fixed right away when I report them.
