Summary: I use Yalla daily and can't imagine what I'd do without it. It's essential for communicating with my team, logging my hours, finding information on clients, and keeping track of tasks and projects.
Positive: It makes communicating with the team so seamless. I love that I can use the funnel to have a visual representation with where I'm at on projects. Yalla makes being a remote employee easy.
Negative: It's still a growing platform so there are still some bugs here and there but it's always being updated and improved.

Summary: Overall, a great product! Happy to use it every day and would recommend it! If the consistent bugs are taken care of and if a bit more features are added, this will be unstoppable!
Positive: Love how you can keep track of tasks very easily and time them! I use it every day at work to interact with coworkers as well. It definitely makes it easy to have everything I need in one place. Some features are lacking, but it's great that it's still being developed so they can definitely be added later.
Negative: There are still quite a few bugs, so it's not always the most reliable at times.

Summary: Overall highly recommend and an awesome experience so far. I can't get through a day without using this platform.
Positive: So many cool features on Yalla. It has all the features needed for busy companies with so many other fun ways to communicate and stay accountable with team members and even clients! Task lists and project funnels are a lifesaver. I truly rely on this software to keep me on track.
Negative: You'll run into small bugs here and there but nothing major. It's a growing platform but it's a relief to know it's always being updated and getting better honestly.

Summary: Ultimately, Yalla is 80-90% as powerful as solutions like Slack or Basecamp. With that, it's also significantly cheaper, and it's definitely better than software like RingCentral. The funnels especially are worth using Yalla for- the next best option would be ActiveCampaign, and you'd be paying hundreds more a month for that. If you have 5000 dollars a month to spend on software like this, you could probably find something else, but if you're a small or medium business, this is perfect for you. If you're looking for something reasonably priced that gets the job done, use Yalla. If you need something with all the latest bells and whistles, and you want to pay 2-3x as much, use Slack.
Positive: Has most of what you need in one place- funnels, chat, time tracking, to-dos, clients, and projects, all just a click away from the home page. Very well priced for what it is. The mobile app is convenient and works better than many business software apps. Has both active support and active development, which is a HUGE plus.
Negative: It's newer software, and it's lacking some features you would find in more mature software such as Slack or Basecamp. It's growing all the time, so these will be outdated by the time you read this review, but two examples come to mind:

You can't upload videos into the chat- just images or documents
There's no inline formatting (i.e.; Markdown), formatting is done with the mouse. Tedious, especially because every other software like this I've encountered supports at least basic Markdown. -

Summary: Yalla is an organizational life-saver for prioritizing tasks, deadlines, communication, and work in general. I've been using it for almost two years, and all its features make it the best team communication & account management system I've used! I would recommend it to any team, and especially those with clients they need to keep track of and communicate with regularly.
Positive: -Easy & intuitive to use
-Excellent support team that is responsive and constantly improving features
-Makes team communication simple. You can create separate channels, choose who to notify, and use gifs that lighten the mood and make even remote work fun.

-Advanced features like project funnelsNegative: -None! The minimal issues that have come up have been fixed quickly (like notification bubbles not going away). Currently there aren't any problems that I'm seeing.

Summary: Ease of use and great for working with a team! Definitely my favorite software! I'd recommend this to anyone looking to communicate more efficiently with a team, organize workflow and keep things simple.
Positive: I love how Yalla has so many different features! It is a checklist based software allowing you to feel good checking important tasks off your list. It also uses funnels to organize your workflow. There's a calendar, team chat, time sheet, and a ton of other stuff!
Negative: Every once in a while there's a small bug. Nothing that hurts workflow though, just some noticeable glitches every so often.

Summary: Overall a great tool to help teams be more productive and efficient. Although not perfect, I'm sure their team is constantly trying to make it better.
Positive: The task list and chat are the main features I use. The task list ensures my team and I know what we need to be working on. The chat is great for when you need to collaborate and the "add chat as a task" is handy so you don't let someone down.
Negative: Minor bugs here and there are getting worked out. Nothing big that would render it unusable. Bugs seem to be fixed regularly.

Summary: Overall a really handy tool for keeping remote teams connected and collaborating. The to-do list keeps productivity up and has all the organization my heart desires!
Positive: Amazing for organization and keeping projects sorted! The to-do list is my favorite and I use it for literally everything. I love that the chat feature allows sounds and has a built-in keyboard for emojis and gifs. Great stuff!

Summary: Yalla is a breeze to get started and use. The controls are all very user friendly. You can use it for basic needs such as chatting, ticket boarding, and time tracking, but you can also use it for far more advanced things such as project funnels, organizational charts, and file storage. I continue to learn more about the features of Yalla every day.
Positive: I love the task feature. I use it at work and in my personal life. It helps me keep track of everything I need to do and helps me reach my goals in a timely manner.
I love the group chat features. I like being able to create channels with my work friends to discuss hobbies and interests. I like being able to read inspiring messages from the whole team and connect with everyone.
A huge plus is the file storage. You get unlimited file storage! That is unheard of.
The funnel system is very useful for me in my bigger projects that involve more than one team member. I can keep track of what stage the project is at and can notify a specific team member when the project moves into their stage. Our clients can see the progress as well and it's useful to use as a conversation piece.
Yalla combines all of the tools that I used at my previous job into one, amazing package. I love it!Negative: There's not much that I don't like about Yalla. Summary: Awesome experience. I feel like I can't do my job as efficiently or effectively without Yalla, definitely makes complicated work more simple.
Positive: personal task boards and boards for specific clients, easy individual and team chat, good filters and list separators for easy organization. Notifications for messages and from clients ensure you don't miss anything throughout the work day.
Negative: Nothing comes to mind currently when it comes to things to fix.
