Xactly Description

Xactly is an AI-powered sales performance orchestration platform that helps organizations manage compensation, planning, forecasting, territories, quotas, and other revenue operations. Its connected Intelligence Revenue Platform is designed to give sales, finance, and operations teams a shared source of data for managing the revenue lifecycle.

Xactly Incent supports incentive compensation management by automating commission calculations, payouts, and seller visibility into earnings. Xactly Forecast analyzes pipeline and performance information alongside compensation data to help teams improve forecast accuracy and understand expected revenue. Xactly Plan provides collaborative tools for territory design, quota allocation, resource planning, and broader go-to-market planning. Xactly Design allows organizations to model compensation plans, compare scenarios, benchmark structures against industry data, and evaluate potential changes before deployment. Xactly Manage centralizes territories, organizational hierarchies, credits, splits, and quotas so teams can operationalize their sales plans more consistently.

The platform integrates with CRM, HR, planning, and other business systems to maintain connected and current revenue data. Xactly is intended for organizations that want to replace fragmented sales performance processes with an AI-assisted platform for planning, execution, compensation, and forecasting.
