    Summary: It is a great system with many features we need to use in the daily basis. Our HR uses it as their main way to filter candidates and get the best from them. The forms they are able to create are top notch.

    Positive: Workable makes it easier to integrate and connect with our website;
    It helps us filter the candidates more appealing to each job opening;
    Adding teams to work together is the main feature for us;
    Awesome way to create forms;

    Negative: The new design takes some time to get used to. The older version had everything in one page and now I have to look through several tabs.

    Summary: I LOVE IT. It's easy to set up, navigate, and customize. It helps the team concentrate on what's important.

    Positive: Very intuitive. Managers, even with limited tech backgrounds, could easily navigate the system with little help. I also love the flexibility - it allows users to customize information at every stage and ensures information is always accurate. Love it.
    Customer Service team is incredible. Very quick in response and always provided thorough information.

    Negative: Limited HRIS features if compared to Workday. But if more features indicate more complexity/less flexibility, I'd rather Workable remain as is. Its ATS is just too good.

    Summary: Would def recommend to all companies that need to manage a sizeable candidate pipeline. I've tried other solutions and this one blows them out of the water!

    Positive: Seamless candidate pipeline management. The tool is very easy to use, and I love how I can loop in colleagues that are involved in the interview process.

    Negative: I haven't figured out how to have the same candidate present in different opportunities. (Maybe it's there and I haven't seen it)

    Summary: Very easy to use. You do not need any extensive technology training. If you know the basics of a computer, you can use Workable.

    Positive: I like "Workable" because it is user= friendly. It gives just enough information that you need to decide step 1: Does the person meet the qualifications for the position?? Next, I appreciated seeing a cover letter and a CV. Lastly, it kept updating our college with other candidates who applied.

    Negative: At this time I cannot say that I have any cons for Workable.
