Summary: WorkTime's quick installation process streamlines onboarding for our large corporation. Although font preferences may vary, the software functionality itself remains top-notch.

Positive: It was quick to install, even for our big company with several offices across the country. We didn’t run into any technical difficulties.

Negative: I don't like the font and there is no option to change it or adjust it to my taste. I’d love to have it more customized.

Summary: We switched to WorkTime a year ago, because we were not sure about privacy with our previous software and since we work with confidential information we really were concerned about data leakage. Looked for more secure options and found WorkTime. WorkTime is compliant with all privacy regulations, and we can now monitor employee computer activity without those concerns.

Positive: Compliant with our local data privacy laws, and also HIPAA compliant. No concerns about private information leakage.

Negative: The software doesn’t have a report on employee well-being, which would be really helpful to have. But I like the general respectful approach to monitoring.

Summary: Chose WorkTime to monitor my working routine to possibly find an area to improve my productivity. Didn’t have any issues so far (I’ve been using it for a couple of months). Really enjoyed the affordable price.

Positive: Easy to use, clear design, and very understandable system to install and start monitoring. Many reports.

Negative: I would like to have more reports oriented not to a team but to a single user, maybe also some alarms to start work or have a break.

Summary: We've tested only in one department, but currently planning to implement it among others. The system works correctly.

Positive: Intuitive and precise, captures relevant information. A good option for managing big teams. It helps us keep detailed tabs on what they do while on the clock.

Negative: Interface is poor and could be updated. Everything else is ok.

Summary: Good piece of software, but some features, such as the inability to set the start of the workday, are illogical. But it could be me not knowing.

Positive: It can be completely undetectable, making it easier to estimate employees' true productivity. Hopefully, this is still legal.

Negative: There is no possibility to adjust the start and the stop times of a working day.

Summary: Program is hassle-free and really easy to get acquainted as a first time user. Good solution for remote teams.

Positive: Now I have a great understanding of how well my employees can focus. Filtering of reports is great because there is such a wide variety of them.

Negative: Monthly and weekly reports on top and least performing employees would be great. Preferable per email, eliminating the need to always refer to the program.

Summary: Software meets all my needs. I'm shocked that I can get a detailed picture of my work for this price.

Positive: Dead useful program. It makes it really easy to keep track of attendance. Managers get a good deal because the program saves them a lot of time.

Negative: No instructional videos. I have to contact the support center every time I have a question.

Summary: Software is easy to use and effective. Install it and let it do its thing. Social media top is our favourite report.

Positive: The software is hidden on the computers of the employees. It keeps track of all programs and websites that employees use.

Negative: There are no task management tools; it would be great if they could be added. Everything else is good.

Summary: WorkTime is easy to deal with. Its reports cover everything needed for non invasive control. Worth its money.

Positive: Really fast installing. Is very clear although contains lots of the information at the same time on the screen.

Negative: Pale design.

Summary: For our company to grow, we needed to implement employee performance monitoring, and WorkTime was just what we needed. Amazingly, it has been beneficial not only for performance monitoring but also for active software monitoring—an excellent solution for the price.

Positive: "Easy to use "interface with multiple useful reports and filters.

Negative: I had a minor issue with filtering, asked for help, but the support service replied only after 14 hours.

Summary: I used the free plan because three freelancers were enough. But when I added more, I upgraded to a paid plan. It turned out that all the data from the free plan carried over when I upgraded."

Positive: Free plan. It can be used for up to three employees. It includes all reports so you still get a full picture of activity.

Negative: Data from the free plan is only stored for the past two weeks. Three employees are often not enough.
