Summary: Knowing that it could be difficult for people to accept they're being watched, you need to be wise when evaluating the results of the summaries. Your workers will need some time to get used to it. In any case, if you want to have an organized work process - this will help.

Positive: I didn't need additional help with the setup. I liked the trial version already. WT provides me with lots of info and functionalities. We use the program only in couple of departments. But it is obvious that the it is effective. Sometimes we use only information about attendance and it is more than enough.

Negative: Sometimes a little slow, but only at the first loading.

Summary: The time our staff use to search the internet for non-work related things has significantly decreased.

Positive: It's got so many reports and different kinds of visualization. I can manage my staff very easily.

Negative: So far, I have not seen anything that I don't like about this product.

Summary: We started considering this app when part of the office started working remotely. But it seems very useful to the entire staff.

Positive: WorkTime is very easy to use. I like it's got a trial version. I can try it before making a decision. I've found it simple and effective. So now we've updated to the full version.

Negative: Haven't seen any yet.

Summary: WorkTime Cloud has all the essential features necessary for monitoring your employees, and it is non-invasive.

Positive: Provides me with everything needed to reach my business goals.

Negative: I can't change the width, height, or order of objects. But you can get used to it.

Summary: Cloud version is pretty good for its price.
Cons aren't that significant.

Positive: Available presets system, compact reports.

Negative: Can't change fonts or colors.

Summary: I worked in JPM&Co, and this software helped a lot with salary and overtime.

Positive: Lots of filters and different reports.

Negative: It is not possible to make the reports column smaller.

Summary: After 7+ month using WorkTime all what I can say is "Finally"
Finally, I found good software for time tracking and employee monitoring, which is legal, easy to use, and has good support.

Even with a little old interface.

Bought it even until my 30-days trial has ended.

All these pros are of prime importance to me.

Negative: A little old interface, hope developers will change it in close time.

Summary: I've had a great experience with Worktime. Basically, this software can meet your monitoring goals. Very simple but powerful. I like that you can customize the reports and see only the data you really need.

Positive: It took about 5 minutes to set up. You can see how your employees spend most of their working day and what programs they use. It helped us save money on programs subscription.

Negative: We haven't found an option to start and stop monitoring automatically. Sometimes, it  monitors on weekends because I forget it's there.

Summary: It has all the essential features for employee productivity monitoring and is one of the cheapest tools out there. With Worktime's help, we know for sure that employees do not have access to social media when using a work computer, although the integration of mobile devices would be a nice addition and the data would be more accurate.

Positive: It's very easy to set up, and it doesn't take a lot of memory. The data seems to be accurate. You can only allow access to work-related websites and programs.

Negative: Does not have the integration of mobile devices, so I feel data might be incomplete

Summary: Working with Worktime is comfortable. It help me manage all the employee in my department, and I see that other department heads have similar experience with it.

Positive: Thy did a smart job with the menu, it is clear and adding a new employee to the database takes only a few minutes. Among these I liked the option to track one employee from different devices most. You can see the employee's active in one profile, even if the person works from an office laptop and then from a home one.

Negative: I didn't find any major bugs in my experience. However, I had to contact support to figure out how to connect two different devices to one employee profile.

Summary: So far the system is performing well. My first experience was smooth. I don't think we'll need a new system.

Positive: Suitable for any number of employees, as well as for individual use, it allows everyone to be seen in one place and is easy to navigate.

Negative: It would be nice to see improvements to the visual appearance of the tool and the addition of AI capabilities.

Summary: Even with the limited time -off settings, the automation we get from AI tagging and AD integration is a big win for us. It's a real 'set it and "set it and forget it" kind of tool, and it really delivers on its promises

Positive: Custom reports and the ability to save favourites for quick access. Also, AI-powered smart tagging and integration with Active Directory

Negative: There's no way to set time off for a few hours or half a day, it only lets you select full days

Summary: Its very simple. Just plug it in and go. No lengthy training required. its the perfect solution for when you don't want any extra hassle and just want straightforward time tracking.

Positive: Since we have team members in both Canada and Europe, automated attendance monitoring is a lifesaver. It easily handles different time zones and work shifts. Now, instead of sending a massage to a manager asking to be clicked in, team attendance is recorded automatically.

Negative: Keep in mind key features like attendance monitoring and unlimited work schedules are locked behind the Premium version.

Summary: easy to use and pretty much plug-and-play. No steep learning curve. Literally it's a no-brainer. The instructions are very straightforward.

Positive: gives pretty detailed insight and it great for tracking activity across websites and apps...finally gave me some peace of mind.

Negative: interface it pretty simple, i'd even say it's old-school. Visually it's not as appealing as other tools. There's so much to choose from that it's overwhelming.

Summary: It's kind of reality check. We found out some people were doing less than we thought while others were doing most of the work. It helped us balance us things out.

Positive: I can see what's actually going on with tasks now without constantly asking people. Also, it's quiet and doesn't slow down my PC or anything, which is nice. It actually showed me that some people weren't doing much.

Negative: Wasn't super easy to explain ti the team in the beginning. Some people felt like it was "too much" transparency.
