It makes tracking work hours super convenient. During the trial, I was even able to improve attendance, employees who were often late stopped being late. The team accepted it well since the software doesn’t interfere with personal privacy or take screenshots. It’s respectful and secure

Summary: One of my employees was deceiving me. He was taking advantage of overtime work—every month, he claimed to have worked after hours and on weekends, and I had to pay him extra. I don’t mind paying for additional time, but only when it’s really necessary. I started noticing that he was always claiming overtime, no matter how many tasks there were. If there were few tasks, he worked overtime; if there were many, he did too. So, I decided to implement a monitoring system. Thanks to this, I discovered that the employee was marking overtime as being done outside of working hours when in reality, he was doing it during regular hours.

Positive: The monitoring system helped me spot discrepancies in time tracking and uncover the employee's overtime manipulation. Thanks to this, I was able to save the company’s budget and ensure fairness for all employees.

Negative: To be honest, I didn't find any shortcomings. Everything is going smoothly and nothing negative has happened yet.

Summary: I like it, especially the automatic reports. I set a 15-minute window for lateness so if an employee doesn’t start working within 15 minutes of the workday beginning, I get a notification. It’s convenient and helps keep everything under control."

Positive: You can set time intervals for lateness, inactivity or unproductiveness and receive automatic notifications.

Negative: I haven’t found any downsides after a year of use. I’m completely satisfied.

Summary: I manage projects. It's challenging to monitor the activity and productivity of each team member. After implementing the program I was able to obtain data that helped streamline processes and enhance overall productivity. "What's now" report is my favorite as it provides real-time information about employees.

Positive: It provides accurate and reliable information about employees, making time management easier. It genuinely increases productivity and attendance. It’s easy to install and use.

Negative: During my use, I haven't found any drawbacks it's been a useful tool for improving productivity.

Data security is important to us, and I appreciate that the program does not take screenshots of the desktop or webcam, and it does not record personal data. The ability to store data on our server provides an additional sense of security. For those who value reliability and confidentiality, this is an excellent solution.

Positive: You can choose the depth of monitoring yourself, the program does not take screenshots of your desktop or webcam, no personal data is recorded, and tracking data can be stored on your computer/server. No issues with the antivirus

Negative: Setting up some of the features initially seemed complicated but the technical support quickly helped us figure it out, and we were able to get the program up and running smoothly

Summary: Our employees are located in different time zones around the world, and each of them starts and finishes work at different times.
Previously this was difficult to control. Now, we can set individual work schedules days off and lunch breaks for each of them. Compiling a monthly report of hours worked no longer comes as a shock to me.

Positive: Helps effectively manage employees in different time zones while also allowing for personalized work schedules days off, and breaks.

Negative: Everything works great for me. There isn't a single thing that I don't like.

Summary: As a law firm, security is important to us. We found this time tracker to be reliable: it doesn't take screenshots of your webcam or desktop, and it doesn't record passwords or keyboard text. In addition when registering you can choose where the tracked data will be stored: on your server or the server of the company providing this service.

Positive: It doesn't capture screenshots from my webcam or desktop nor does it record audio keyboard text or the contents of chats and documents.

Negative: At the moment I haven't found any cons. I've been using it for a year now and everything works great. Very pleased with the result.
