Summary: I manage projects. It's challenging to monitor the activity and productivity of each team member. After implementing the program I was able to obtain data that helped streamline processes and enhance overall productivity. "What's now" report is my favorite as it provides real-time information about employees.

Positive: It provides accurate and reliable information about employees, making time management easier. It genuinely increases productivity and attendance. It’s easy to install and use.

Negative: During my use, I haven't found any drawbacks it's been a useful tool for improving productivity.

Summary: We were looking for a tool to effectively manage team work time, and the program completely met our expectations. Data security is important to us, and I appreciate that the program does not take screenshots of the desktop or webcam, and it does not record personal data. The ability to store data on our server provides an additional sense of security. For those who value reliability and confidentiality, this is an excellent solution.

Positive: You can choose the depth of monitoring yourself, the program does not take screenshots of your desktop or webcam, no personal data is recorded, and tracking data can be stored on your computer/server. No issues with the antivirus

Negative: Setting up some of the features initially seemed complicated but the technical support quickly helped us figure it out, and we were able to get the program up and running smoothly

Summary: It boosted productivity and punctuality within the team. Everyone is more organized now. Plus we figured out which apps we weren't even using and cut back on the extra stuff we didn't need.

Positive: Great quality, everything works accurately, pleasant price, ability to set tags for websites and applications, enhances employee productivity

Negative: In everyday use. I haven't encountered any drawbacks with this software

Summary: Our employees are located in different time zones around the world, and each of them starts and finishes work at different times.
Previously this was difficult to control. Now, we can set individual work schedules days off and lunch breaks for each of them. Compiling a monthly report of hours worked no longer comes as a shock to me.

Positive: Helps effectively manage employees in different time zones while also allowing for personalized work schedules days off, and breaks.

Negative: Everything works great for me. There isn't a single thing that I don't like.

Summary: As a law firm, security is important to us. We found this time tracker to be reliable: it doesn't take screenshots of your webcam or desktop, and it doesn't record passwords or keyboard text. In addition when registering you can choose where the tracked data will be stored: on your server or the server of the company providing this service.

Positive: It doesn't capture screenshots from my webcam or desktop nor does it record audio keyboard text or the contents of chats and documents.

Negative: At the moment I haven't found any cons. I've been using it for a year now and everything works great. Very pleased with the result.

Summary: WorkTime is very effective in monitoring employees. After a few weeks, it led to a change in productivity, making it a must-have software for us now.

Positive: Helps monitor employees, their active time, and attendance and helps increase productivity in the team.

Negative: I didn’t really face any. We didn’t have any technical issues over the year of using the WorkTime software.

Summary: Great experience. Had lots of questions in the beginning, but customer support was very helpful and sent me all the additional info

Positive: Answer fast. Clear instructions on installation. I wasn't sure every remote employee would install it correctly but it was fine

Positive: Reports on remote work. A nice feature to compare activities in the office versus from home. Rely on this data.

Negative: Maybe it would be good to have more objectives to compare, not only like active time and productivity.

Positive: WorkTime does not capture any private information or take screenshots/videos. It was hard to find such an option and I am glad we found a perfect solution for our company.

Negative: I really like that WorkTime has many reports on productivity. I would love to see some more on well-being or maybe burnout.

Summary: It was my first time installing employee monitoring for my team as a manager, and even though the installation process was quick, I had many questions about functionality and wanted to know details about productivity reports. Customer service was very nice and quick and answered all of my questions and addressed privacy concerns. Use WorkTime for 3 months now, and everything goes smoothly.

Positive: Quick answers from customer service. Consultants are nice and very helpful and answer all the questions.

Negative: No design options to customize reports' look. It would be nice if I could change the color and fonts of them.

Summary: I have a positive impression of WorkTime. We've been using it in our company for several months now, primarily to monitor overall employee performance, and didn't have any issues so far. It has helped us in overcoming the challenge of manually tracking employee work. Now we have a clearer picture of our employees' productivity and workload.

Positive: I didn't have any problems with installing the software, even though we use the soft for a big company with both in-office and remote employees.

Negative: There is no option to choose certain design features, like font and its size, which I lacked a bit.

Summary: We wanted to track how active our remote employees are to ensure productivity. We can see when they start and stop working and how often they take breaks. We've noticed that knowing we track their activity encourages them to stay productive.

Positive: Great for remote monitoring, it does not capture any private information. Online meetings tracker is also handy.

Negative: I've been using the product for a few months and haven't encountered any drawbacks so far.

Summary: I looked for a quick solution that can operate on 23 laptops and I got it. Cloud version is very convenient and doesn't burden the computer.

Positive: Worktime allowed me a better understanding of the companies productivity vs idleness. False overtime has gone.

Negative: I'm using the product for a couple of months and did not find any cons till now.

Negative: Nothing, software's great. It's useful to me and I use it on a daily basis.

Positive: Worktime gives insight into user behavior. You can learn a lot about employees' activities while they're on the clock. The outcomes are unexpected, I must add.

Negative: No cons, really. This solution covers all my business needs.
