It enables users to craft a guest-oriented guide for each rental, which can be conveniently shared via a link or QR code, allowing guests to access essential arrival information and property specifics in their web browsers without the need for app installation. Hosts have the flexibility to organize and modify the guide’s content within customizable sections that cover access instructions, check-in processes, Wi-Fi details, house rules, appliance usage tips, video resources, and local attractions. The platform also offers the functionality to import property details directly from Airbnb, and the guidebooks cater to multiple languages for diverse guest audiences. In addition to these features, the service includes options for sending guest emails, tracking view statistics, customizing branding, and establishing an online storefront for promoting paid services such as late checkouts or cleaning.
