You can use the Wix-Toolset to create installers for software you have created on Windows.
What is the Wix Toolset? The Wix-Toolset is able to create installers for Windows platform from files that are written in XML. This is useful for version control, for example. It can be difficult to understand the XML files as they grow in size.
You can now use WixPie for script editing or creation. If you don't wish to use WixPie, you can simply switch to a basic editor to modify the files directly. WixPie does not use project files, but you can select one or several files and WixPie's information will be based on them. Most software will overwhelm you with all the possibilities. Comparing it to a laptop keyboard with a touchscreen on a phone, you will see fewer options on the smartphone as you don't need all of them.
