Winhotel Reviews

Rigo Hotel Suite offers a comprehensive Property Management System (PMS) designed for hotels, delivered as a Software as a Service (SAAS) that can be swiftly implemented with minimal ownership costs. There’s no need for upfront software purchases; instead, users can access the continually updated platform from the secure cloud for a modest monthly subscription. This web-based system operates seamlessly in any standard browser, eliminating the need for software installation. It allows you to manage and attend to guests through a unified FrontDesk Calendar View, accessible from either the hotel or a central city office. The platform facilitates guest information management, including tracking repeat visitors, storing identification documents, and noting individual guest preferences. Additionally, it enables the creation of holiday packages tailored for various guest categories, along with monitoring their costs and profit margins. Users can efficiently oversee guest charges and fees through the Bill Master, which categorizes billing based on agency packages, individual guests, and extra services. Invoices can be generated from the Bill Master with a simple click, while agency payments and statements can be tracked effectively. The system is IRD approved for billing, and it also provides tools to monitor purchases, stock levels, reorder thresholds, cost of sales, and overall sales revenue, ensuring comprehensive financial oversight for hotel operations. This robust suite of features positions Rigo Hotel Suite as an essential tool for modern hotel management.
