Terrible Support Date: Mar 20 2021
Summary: The software was great, did everything I needed. But the last year or so, they have not released an update with a Windows Installer and everything is portable, which is not what I originally paid for. The lack of any contact or support is terrible. I have now given up on this software and found a new solution for all my backup needs.
Positive: This software used to be good. I used it daily, but the lack of a paid version with an installer has let the software down. Especially being a paid customer.
Negative: The lack of updates and support. I have emailed them many times, only to be ignored.
