WIN Reality offers a variety of pitches for youth players, including a 46-foot stadium, a dedicated softball field, and a 60-foot 6-inch mound. This makes it ideal for all levels of players, from beginners to major league MVPs. The WIN dashboard provides insight into how you are performing in our training programs. You will be able to see why you are late on pitches up or away, having trouble with off-speed pitches, as well as other offensive questions that were previously unanswered.

    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Summary: I would never recommend this product to anyone!

    Positive: There are absolutely no positives about this product.

    Negative: The company is impossible to contact. You will find no phone number on their website for customer service. The product is difficult (to the extent of impossible) to sink up with a bat. Further, the product is impossible to cancel; no where on the website will you find anything about how to cancel a subscription. When you attempt to do it directly with the credit card company, they say it is impossible to cancel the subscription with this particular merchant. A total SCAM...STAY AWAY.
