Whatspot Description
To instantly find out if the meeting room or company car are available, simply scan the code at the spot with your mobile phone. You can book it in just two clicks if it is available. Whatspot will quickly help you find a date that is suitable for your booking, so it doesn't clash with other dates. A calendar or daily agenda gives you a complete overview of all your reservations and those of your company. It's always available on your smartphone, tablet, or computer. You can control not only who makes reservations in your company, but also what, when, and whereabouts. The system allows you to plan your capacity, optimize the use of space and car fleets, and make reservations within your company. Each new user will be invited to join the organization. After you have received it and registered, you will need to contact the administrator to give user authorization to the appropriate category.

Summary: We're happy to have moved to Whatspot, it makes it easier for our coworkers to book desks and meeting rooms and see availability.
Positive: We've moved our coworking space to Whatspot and it works like a charm. It's really easy to use. Communication and support of the Whatspot team is great. The option to get QR-codes for the spots is also a really nice feature.
Negative: There are some minor bugs when using it in mobile. But probably it will be solved soon. Also it would be nice for our coworking to be able to book a spot for the whole day (the available hours of the spot) by clicking a box instead of manually choose begin and endtime.

Summary: I can recommend Whatspot to anyone who wants to efficiently manage meeting rooms, parking spaces and fleet. The low price and ease of use are a big bonus, and the support is great and very helpful. My impressions of the app are positive.
Positive: Most of all, I appreciate the ease of use of the app. Everybody can learn how to use it. The support is great and works superbly. Whatspot has a number of interesting features, the ones that appeal to me the most are the approval process, public bookings and recurring events.
Negative: I think everything works well and I haven't found anything here that is bad.

Summary: Enough time to try out the system. Supportive communication. It is a nice-looking app with regularly added functionality.
Positive: We got extended time to test the system out because we needed to ensure it worked perfectly for our needs. The communication was very supportive. After using Whatspot for a short time we realized it is straightforward to teach new colleagues how to use it. They appreciate a clean User Interface with pleasant graphic design. As an admin, I welcome the quick implementation of this system into the corporate environment.
Negative: Just a minor inconvenience for our company is missing integration with Google Calendar, nevertheless, I was assured they are working on it and would like to launch it this fall.

Summary: Great customer service. Very easy to use the app for users and admins. Different calendar view - daily, weekly, monthly and agenda.
Positive: Intuitive app to set up. It is easy to implement in the company. Great notification system. Adding reservations is simple and quick. You can view sources publicly.
Negative: So far I have not noticed anything serious! It does what it was designed for. If there is an issue the support is able to help.

Positive: Simple to use. The cost is reasonable. I like the support always very pleasant to help. They are active in giving tips how to use the service. It is good that you can deactivate approval process if you need.
Negative: No big issues. I would welcome a mobile application.

Summary: Approval process for the reservations is a huge benefit. Just like it and looking forward to the following updates.
Positive: Easy to set up, Easy to manage, cost-effective and efficient App. Inexpensive, I like the QR feature. User-friendly, straightforward and a high level of customer service.
Negative: Has a couple of translation issues. Nothing more to say here, as the support group is consistently accessible.

Positive: Very easy to use tool with some excellent features, like allowing non-registered users to have access, plus many different language versions. There are regular improvements too, often based on customer feedback.
Negative: None really as problems are dealt with and improvements are made.

Summary: I recommend this tool it is worth trying. They have also a Freemium account and it is limited only to the number of spots.
Positive: It reminds me of Google Calendar so I quickly got used to it. I like its simplicity and clean UX it is very well arranged. There is also a very smart feature so-called QR stickers, you can print it out and make the reservation even faster. The great thing is the backup support from the team.
Negative: I miss some features. I would like to have some integrations for example with my private Calendar. But I see they update the app regularly so I believe it will be added there soon.

Summary: Very good app. Needs some improvement but it already has some good and unusual features. I am glad that I used Whatspot in my company.
Positive: Friendly UX/Ui Design, Easy to book. Also permissions are ideal. Without registration booking. Have really good experience.
Negative: Has bugs on IOS mobile version . Doesn't have a poor alert system.
